The guys at Bike Barn are Wicked Pissah Cool. The best are John P 10th Wonder of the Cycling World Dan Mark E Mark one of the best Mechanics there along with the S-Works Kid and Guaranteed Tough Greg all are very knowledgeable.

dont go here! they like too steal parts off your bike not only that but the service and cost just for a repair is absurd especially since they really like to steal. if I'm asking you to fix my bike, I'm not asking you to take parts off and never putting them back on not only that, but they managed to destroy my entire chain guard so now that it rubs against my tire every single time I pedal.

Great team here! Bike Barn isn't that close to home for me, but Specialized's website indicated they had a bike I wanted in stock. Right off the bat, everyone was helpful and friendly.I did have to return after my first ride as the rear derailleur wasn't working correctly. They fixed it right away and the owner had even offered a discount for the trouble.I returned again a day later thinking the front derailleur had issues as well. It turned out it that I was the one with issues - I was new to the drop bar shifting (years with flat bar gearing) and hadn't been pushing the left shift lever enough - worried that going any harder against the resistance would break it.I felt like an idiot, but the guys in the shop had been 100% patient & understanding.Bike Barn has a ton of bikes across the riding spectrum and a huge selection of accessories for it all. But the vibe and the service alone made buying a bike there worth it.

Hands down the best bike shop on the south shore. The staff is super knowledgeable, every interaction is friendly, and you never feel pressured. They truly want to help you find what's best for you and will listen to your needs. If you're looking for any gear, check them out asap!

Dealt with some weird know it all bike enthusiasts that was employed there. Weird atmosphere overall. Will be taking my business elsewhere after dealing with some strange passive aggressive energy from the staff.

The only Bike Shop you’ll ever need. They do it all here. Owned and operated by experienced cyclists and triathletes. Sales, service, advice and information - you get it ALL here. This shop is honestly the best and the staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Everything is priced competitively and you will always be treated with care. No need to go online…. Go to BikeBarn Racing in Whitman and keep things local. Great company. I wouldn’t go anyplace else…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 STARS ?

The best bike shop in South Shore. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. We’ve got everything we needed (bikes, helmets, seats, and kickstand).Everything was explained to us so well. I wish I remembered our young fella’s name who helped us. - He was amazing.Highly recommend this spot! Doggies are welcome, which we loved!Thank you again!

Great shop to do business with. Very knowledgeable and honest bike techs. I've bought all my daughters bikes there. I went in last week with a broken Shimano derailer guide pulley. They didn't have any replacements but went through their dead derailer box and found two exact matches to mine. I scooped up the better of the two that just had a seized clutch (Shimano XT 12sp). Otherwise the derailer was in mint condition. The tech helping me was very helpful answering some questions . Went from busted derailer and no repair parts - and no riding for who knows how long it would have taken to get a replacement - to having my bike ready to ride the next day! Hallelujah!! Best part was when I went to give'm a few bucks for the used derailer they said "you're good". BOOM! They saved the day and the weekend! Love those guys.

Not a good experience. Walked in there 7-8 employees I assume most were mechanics. No one spoke to us. We cicled the first floor looking at bikes. No one spoke, we went upstairs and browsed for 10-15 minutes, no one showed up. We went down stairs and were on our way to the door when someone asked us if he could help, we spoke and he looked up what kind d of bike we wanted and they didn't have any. I, heartily recommend that you avoid these people.
