I dropped my truck off for a transmission rebuild at the beginning of October, I asked if I could have it done by the end of the month and the owner said no problem. Well the end of the month came and I called, and my truck had not even been touched. So now I run a business with this vehicle and I needed it for the month of November specifically. You have to ask yourself what kind of transmission repair facility can’t get a transmission rebuilt in a month? If you can’t do the work then don’t take it in, if you can’t get it done when you promised a customer you should let them know so they can go elsewhere. I will never go back to this place. This guy obviously does not care about somebody else’s business and good customer service. Because that’s not good customer service right there!!!

Had an issue with my 2017 Nissan, they figured out it was wiring, actually something chewed the wiring. Fixed it quick and for a good price.
