“We booked a 10x10 space online and went in on a Saturday morning to pick up our key. The front desk staff was friendly, personable, and sympathetic to our situation and offered up a free first month which allowed us to upgrade to a bigger unit, 10x15. I’m glad we went with the bigger unit because we nearly filled it up from our 2 bedroom, 775 sq ft house that we are selling!They also threw in a free lock! They offered us 10% off packing materials and informed us that the electronic gate would be in effect soon and gave us our entrance code and set up our autopay. All of this was done quickly, effectively and efficiently in under 20 mins!Great experience overall and I’d highlyRecommend renting from this company.”

“Great location and best prices in comparison to other local competitors, especially the further east you travel. The space itself is clean and rarely more than another 2-3 folks in there at the same time. Savannah the manager is great, energetic, and knowledgable. I had a question on closing out and she left me a detailed voicemail explaining the process and what my options were since I would be running close to the month end. She was awesome at setup too and acted as if she was personally responsible for wellbeing as a customer, exemplary service! Also, I dropped two mouse traps in the unit as a 'just in case' and (thankfully) did not catch one mouse in the 10 months I was a customer. Highly recommend for all facets of the process. Anything involving moving can be stressful, appreciative that Savannah and CubSmart helped completely remove one stressful element. Thank you!”

“I’m giving a 4 star for now as I’ve just recently become a customer at Extra Space. I was having an issue getting the rate it showed online, so I ended up calling the main number and spoke to an awesome rep Ed in Myrtle Beach, SC who had a great attitude and was very personable. He took care of me and got my new account all set up in no time. I haven’t dealt with or met the local people at my specific storage yet and am hoping they are atleast half as good as Ed was.”
