I have ordered a few times from NV . The last order was very sloppy. Candles are very overfilled for an 8 oz Mason Jar. Several customers already complained the candle barely has fragrance. Save your money and make them yourselves, instead of paying for slop. Shameful, the wicks aren’t set right either.

I've had nothing but a great experience with this company. I have placed two orders with them and Nick is the best at getting back to you if you have a concern. Candles always arrived undamaged and well packed. I will keep using this company. Well worth the money and you are not paying for a fancy brand name. Well worth the money.

I've had good experiences with my orders. I'm waiting on my 3rd order now. It took a little bit longer to fulfill this order but it's due to alot of orders being placed after cyber money etc. Nick has been responsive to my emails and polite. I cant say anything bad about them. They smell great and my customers love them at my Kismet Touch business.

I’ve placed several orders in the past with no issue’s well this time was different. My order was completely wrong and I was also missing two candles. I needed these for an event. I emailed 4 TIMES with NO Response! My first two emails were very polite, the last two, no so much. I know they could get a feel for my panic and concern and yet, nothing. I’m appalled that a small business would treat their repeat (or new) customers this way. So un professional to not receive a response to correct the issue. This affected my business. I suggest you find another supplier. I will be filing a complaint and opening a dispute with my credit card company.J Francis

I ordered a Banana Nut Bread candle on 9/19/19. I received it on 9/24/19. The candle did not have a good appearance. Wax on outside of jar and the wax in the jar was discolored. I burned the candle for 4.5 hours and little to no fragrance. Disappointed!! I spent $21.66 (candle price/shipping/small order fee of $4.99). I was testing the candle to see if it was of my liking for our boutique. Sadly, I will not be ordering anymore candles from NV.

My experience was good with them. I missed a part on my order and I received an email to help me complete my order correctly. The scent throw was good and the labels were correct. The shipping was quick and correct. No broken candles at all and lots of bubble wrap on them. I was very pleased. If they continue this excellent customer service I will continue using them to supply my business. Dana's Bath and Body.

The first order of samples was great... when they finally arrived a month after purchase. The lack of communication is above all the most unsatisfactory.. the products are great if you can ever get "Nick" to respond back to your emails. This company has left a bitter taste in mouth as I reached out multiple times to see what was going on and they just stopped communicating.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with NV Candles.

The saying is “first time shame on you, second time shame on me”. Well shame on me!! When my sample order was messed up I should have known there was going to be issues. I placed an order on Nov 20th. It’s Dec 1 and I haven’t gotten ANY communication about my order! I have orders from small business Saturday that I can’t get out because I’m waiting on MY order. This is embarrassing! I have emailed directly 3 times, sent a message through the website, left a voice message now this. I can’t go business like this. Disappointed.

I'm having the same experience as most of the other reviewers .Lack of customer service after spending$ 100.99 I was still charged a $4.95 small order fee and website says small order fee up to $100 .I have sent Nick an email everyday sometime twice a day and still no response.Not looking like a good working relationship . I'm due to have an online sale this week and my have to postpone it .will look into other wholesalers with better reviews.Apparently my little order isn't important to this company!

Going on two weeks now without any Response from the company about my $45 order. Emailed them and still hasn’t email me back. There is no customer service. Might have to go to the bank to get my money back.
