I usually don't do ratings that being said, I purchased my vehicle at Harboro's webster location and had a great experience, worked with Nick, he was awesome. I needed my first oil change which I had to drive 45 minutes to their Northbridge/ whitinsville location because the webster location no longer does them ( not happy about that drive) the service department was very professional and welcoming however the office people were rude. Not one person acknowledged me when I walked in the waiting area. One of the guys in the office was so sick he should not have been there I won't describe the noise coming from his office. The second time I went for my oil change, again the office was mayhem, complaining about customers, fellow employees, etc., and then to top it off one of the office staff was throwing up in his/ her office!!! I had to go outside because I couldn't take it anymore. Again service dependent was very professional. Thankfully I only have to go their once a year. If I didn't have the extended warranty I would go elsewhere for service.

Wonderful Service Dept. at the Whitinsville location. Always helpful, honest, and looking out for what is best for the customer. Andre & Jeremy are always thorough. I dropped my car off the night before for an oil change, my car was ready by 9 AM the next day. I will continue my services with Harbro. All Heart, No Hassle :)

Sean Connelly is not only very professional, but also nice to talk with. Ken in the main office is very helpful & friendly. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. They have a nice waiting area & a very clean bathroom, which to me is very important. I will definitely go back there!!?
