“Truly blown away by this experience. Started my 2912 Rav this morning, and the check engine came on. I’m sure everyone can agree that starting the morning in such a matter can be stressful to say the least. However, I brought my car to Advance to run the diagnostic scanner, and when I entered the store, I was warmly greeted and received. Specifically, Shawn, who ran the diagnostics, and gave me very sound and solid advice as to how to address the “dirty” 02 sensor, (premium gas and an engine cleaner) before having it evaluated by a dealer, was very reassuring.

“Diamond Collison Center was so professional, quick and reliable with their services! I originally was trying to go to a different shop but the insurance company had Diamond as a preferred shop so I went with them. I could not be more happy that I couldn’t use the original shop that I wanted to. Diamond contacted me minutes after speaking with the insurance company and had me set up to drop off my car and have Enterprise meet me there for a rental. Diamond text me throughout the entire process letting me know where they were step by step. They were accurate with their estimated time for completion as well. Picking up the car and dropping off the rental was just as easy! The car looked perfect and came with a warranty for their work also! Great establishment with great service! Would recommend 100%!!!”

“I could not have asked for better service. I broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel coming in to Sturbridge. Called Brian at Spring Rebuilders just as they were closing and he did the best he could to match a spring, but it was an inch too long. He was able to order a direct replacement for me (I purchased 4 new springs) and had them at the shop the next day. A few other shops tried to help me but couldn't when they found I needed a 4000 lb spring. The customer service I received from Brian was outstanding. Thanks you!”
“I have a 1999 Suburban I purchased from Arizona with sun damage on the roof, hood, two doors, two fenders and roof rack. The people at Kearns were very friendly, thorough and knowledgable and the work they did is no less than perfect. I was amazed at how well they matched the paint for a 25 year old vehicle (you can't notice a difference) and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any of your body work needs. A+++”

From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands choosing them to do my lengthy repairs. It seems my truck also had some serious inspection too, as he laid out the list of what he “checked” for me as well. This company is owned by a husband and wife, and she works long nights weekly at the shop making sure they have every detail of service met. They do! “My hubby dropped his truck off last week to get his rear bumper replaced. At first it was promised the next day but it has turned into a week(due to then not realizing they had to paint the bumper).. After playing phone tag, he spoke with someone this morning (9 am it's now 3:30pm), he was told they "were putting the bumper on now". Here we are still waiting.... A normal turn around time for a rear bumper replacement is 1-3 days... Finally 4 pm they called, truck is ready, we had started heading that way anyway. Upon arrival the bumper looks great and even though the truck is a 2024 (don't ask about how the accident occurred) they detailed it inside and out.”
