I was camping 2 weeks ago and realized my camper was two small. I called and spoke with Michael and he was so helpful. Went over budget, needs and interests. Within 2 hours, we picked something up. Two days later I dropped off my old camper and traded up. There was no haggling or games / and NO PRESSURE. We got the camper we wanted and I have never been given such “white glove” treatment. From start to finish, it was such an amazing experience. Highly recommend!!!

Orchard saved our trip! Our 5th wheel brakes weren’t working properly as we set out this morning. We called, they said come on in and replaced our brakes right away! Friendly service and reasonable cost. We would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!

Orchard trailer took a deposit on a trailer we asked about a return if we decided not to purchase the sales person promised to our face that if we put a deposit of $2000 and if we changed our mind for ANY reason that our money would be returned at 100% NO questions asked!! This was a LIE!! A bald faced lie. We did decide not to purchase, the owners of Orchard trailer sales said the sales person did not have that authority and refused to return our $2000. Do not do business there. They will steal your hard earned money without regard. I am still mad about the treatment that we received all these years later.

Purchased a Rockwood Trailer from Orchard Trailers in September. Stopped by to look at current stock and found one that was perfect for our lifestyle. Mike showed us around and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase and when we decided to buy, they were great and the trailer was extremely clean. Answered all our questions, would highly recommend Orchard Trailers.

I was going to buy a camper from another dealer; after reading the reviews of that dealer I canceled my order and went to Orchard Trailers. I came from out of state and it was worth the effort. Both Jake and Mike were great to work with and went above and beyond to help me and patiently show me everything on my unit. Jake helped me out with arranging service so my vehicle was ready to tow. I've already recomended Orchard trailers to my parents who are avid campers and are currently looking to buy a new travel trailer.
