The food was excellent, exactly what you'd expect at a diner that's been in business so long. Really modest prices, huge portions, (makes chain diners and even fast food prices seem like a rip off), and still really well prepared and good quality.
Well worth the price of admission, even before factoring in the charm of the retro furnishings. They have jukeboxes, at the booths, in 2025... Back to the Future level nostalgia.
And our waitress was an absolute delight, veteran of the diner for four years, owners-better-know-how-lucky-they-are-to-have-her sort of waitress. Made us feel like family. Thank you Mama T!
I hope they get back to doing overnight service on the weekends. Closing at one seems kinda odd given that this was always a late night pilgrimage for UMass kids. (Have a DD, frens! And have them drive your tipsy butts here for a heavy hauler to warsh down all the Happy Dads or whatever y'all drink nowadays.)

“Picking a shop to work on your car is intimidating for numerous reasons. I've taken my various ars to a few shops around the area over the years, and have settled on Ernie's as my go-to because they are honest, do a good job, and are reasonably priced. It's sadly hard to find a place where you can confidently say that but Ernie's makes me feel comfortable bringing my car to them.
They did a major repair on my truck last year. Their price was very fair. They did have an issue where the part they needed to order didn't come in, and I had to call again to ask about it. They were apologetic which is all you can ask for in that situation. When the part came in, they scheduled me immediately, and I got my car back the same day I dropped it off.
Today I brought my truck in for an issue, they diagnosed it and fixed it on the spot for a only a half hour fee which was a very pleasant surprise to say the least.”

Most recently, I was preparing for a cross-country trip when my car suddenly started making chirping noises. Despite it being last minute and close to closing time, they took my car in without hesitation. By early the next morning, it was fully repaired and ready to hit the road. “I usually don't get excited about gas stations but this one had the greatest little lunch meal deal. I have been outdoor dashing I was hungry I just did not have money to spend for $4 in change I got a sandwich some fries and a drink and the gentleman work in the cash register was awesome super friendly super helpful”
“If you shop at Big Y this is the best place to go for gas depending on how much you spend shopping you will save on fuel using your big y card it saves money ??”

“Fantastic selection of sour candies (chocolate too if that’s your vibe). We were able to purchase and compare sour punch straw “bites” versus the original straws. The bites are thicker and the sour taste lingers on the tongue longer while the original are thinner with a thicker sugar coating and overall sweeter flavor. I personally prefer the original as they are lighter on the stomach and a less intensely rich mouth experience. My roommates prefer the bites though. To each their own.
The cashier was friendly and helpful. The checking out experience was a bit awkward because the check out kiosk asked for my phone number before proceeding. The cashier explained that I didn’t have to type it in. I did not wish to, but it was unclear how to bypass this question, so there was a long silent exchange between the cashier and me before I figured out that I could just bypass it by inserting my card into the reader.
Overall excellent energy and great service at this local Cumbies.”

“I Love ? every Cumberland farms stores they have the best coffee and anything else u could need especially if it is a super cumby's they had the best price on coffee til they fffed it up like they are hurting for money 1.05 that is what the franchise advertised for ever and I think ? the commercial's said .99 cents any size at your Cumberland farms store location near you I mean really your hurting that bad you had no choice but to raise the coffee price by .29 cents how petty especially with everything ??? going threw the room but on thing I always looked forward to was my .99 cents coffee and I know I'm not the only person who feels this way ????”

“Cumberland Farms is the only convenience store at which I choose to stop. Staff is always professional and the stores are usually very clean. They have had some problems keeping their fountain drinks stocked but other than that I have no complaints. I know exactly what I want and where to get it. A wait in line is not infrequent at the busiest locations, but fortunately there is usually help nearby to open up another register.”

“This is a service station in a rural area and as such, it seems pretty standard. However, if you poke your head around the corner behind the beer cooler, you find a decent selection of local beer and a bit of locally produced meat in a freezer as well as other locally produced foods. Nothing earth shaking here, but when you're in the hill towns, having a spot to get some needed supplies without an extra 20-30 minutes drive is really nice.”

“I stop at this Circle K often as it's midway on trips I make to and from White River Jct, VT. Always pick up a sandwich, usually the jalapeno cheeseburger, which is excellent. Last time there, I also got a $100 winning scratch ticket, which was nice, too.”

“Folks, it's Speedway, not a Bentley dealership, you know what to expect. Service is always pretty good.My only gripe is that the air pump outside needs some love. It's very leaky and seems to give an inaccurate pressure reading. The air line is also way too short for 99% of cars, so you have to get in and back your car into the parking spot to fill your rear tires, once you've filled your fronts. I get having to do that on a giant Super Duty, but not on a car smaller than a VW Golf.”

“Nice little gas station on locust just across from Cooley Dickinson. Staff is maybe not the friendliest in the world but I also imagine they put up with a lot so not a big deal.
Good drink selection. Prices are ok. It is Mass and everything is a bit overpriced honestly, and it's got the typical convenience store markup, but they have some good deals on things if you're buying 2 or 3 at a time. They have some energy drinks I haven't been able to find elsewhere in the area.
They have some essentials and some food items. Snack selection could use some work, not the widest variety, but it does the job.
They do have the cheapest cigarettes in the area in my experience. likely to save a couple bucks on your brand, so give it a look if you're a local smoker.
Opens at 6 am and has a bus stop for the R42 just outside it that goes to and from downtown Northampton and up into Florence, the VA Hospital, Leeds, and Haydenville.”

And they told me that I forgot to pump my gas. I was so grateful being on a tight budget they really looked out for me.”
“Its one of my favorite places to get gas in the Easthampton/Northampton area, it's usually got pretty decent gas prices and good quality gas. The convenience store is convenient if a little overpriced (no more than usual gas station prices though). Also, Its also one of the only places I've found that sells Magnum Infinity Chocolate ice cream bars so when I stop here, I usually grab one.”

“If you have their debit card, then the standard price is 10 cents less than the posted price on the pump. Their card also sometimes will award another 5-10 cents off per gallon on top of the 10 cents you're already saving.
