Chris and the Mechanics go above and beyond to make their customers have a clean and safe vehicle.I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 91k miles. Chris got me an extra year on the 4yr warranty to 5yrs. Not only that, my Jeep ended up needing $5,000 worth of work in parts. That's not including labor and shop overhead. 2 parts were on back order and shop manager(I believe) didn't stop looking. Found both parts and overnighted them both. I believe the shop manager did everything in his power to overnight the last part needed to finish my jeep in 4 days. My father was a mechanic for 40+ years.
