Always make my bicycle run amazing now matter how I bring it in they do amazing work and would go here out of many other places locally love here will be going for years to come .Need mountain Bike with gears price .with shocks and fast replaceable back and front tire think called speed releases next bike mind set.

Have been buying my family some bikes over the last year or so and every time we go in the service is amazing. They have a great customer service team willing to help and answer all your questions. They help you determine which bike is right for you. Their turnaround time for repair or maintenance is so quick. I met Tim today and he was super friendly and helpful but I haven’t met anyone there that wasn’t.

Would not take my bike anywhere else to be fixed. Got an E-bike for Christmas from The Bike Link and just took it in (5 months later) to learn about the E-bike system. Sam spent the better part of two hours setting the bike up and explaining how everything works. He adjusted the pedals, seat, and handle bars. He had me ride it outside so he could see if everything was in working order. Also sold me a bike pump that is much easier to use than my old one. The entire staff is awesome!

I've been to this place for a few time.. I never ever had a good experience the old man the owner's always rude and mad that seems like he don't like to do this job anymore.. They charge crazy money for easy fix I don't think the people know what they're doing... He asked me $400 Just Because my fork and handle bar was a little bit loose And when I said that I want to put new tires on the bike And I wanted to order a few new tires because he didn't have nothing in stock.. He started complaining because he wanted to fix me with some tires that he had inside the store a fast and quick job and very expensive.. I hope that people realize and pay attention to details check some other stores you don't want to bring the bike in this place they ruin your pocket... They don't even know how to set up a tire right It's just a place to waste money And also your time.. If I could I would give 0 stars No good!!!!

10 year old bike with a safety recall. Bicycle Link owner and employees were very accommodating in filing for recall repair items, facilitating the delivery of repair parts and interfacing with the manufacturer. They were extremely professional and responsive in my dealings with them.

I like this place not only because it's from the core community but as well as the parts that they have in stock. I'm really happy to say that I'm extremely satisfied because the staff are friendly as well.

I go to the Bicycle Link for whatever I need in terms of biking. I've bought both my mountain and road bike there, we bought my wife's mountain bike there. When I was in this process, they asked me how and where I ride, they listened to what I was saying and got me pointed in the right direction to get me what I needed for bikes. I bring our bikes there for service, the turn around time is a few days, but it's usually been ready before they say it will be and they contact me to let me know when bikes are ready for pick up. Earlier this summer, I had a race on Sunday and on Saturday afternoon I had an issue with my road bike that I was going to be riding for the race, I brought it in without an appointment and they got the problem fixed that afternoon while I waited. It was an ongoing problem, and they fixed it no charge! I had a successful ride the next day, thanks to them. The people there are friendly and helpful in my experience, but I also go in with a good attitude towards them, give them respect and I get the same in return. In this day and age, I don't always get great customer service with a lot of companies so always appreciate it when I do, and I appreciate the service I get at the Bicycle Link! Thanks!!!

Rude people don’t know how to treat customers only went in there because it was close.I’m glad I never spent any money there went to bike barn instead the old man needs to retire he’s miserable because his store is tanking STAY AWAY

First class service. They tuned my bike up a couple weeks ago. And when my chain fell off on a bike ride the other day they offered to help me get it back on no questions asked. Thanks Andy!

Great experience! Came up from MV to grab two bikes for the kids. The staff was helpful, and accommodating, answering all my questions and making recommendations. With all the options and bike stores out there, The Bicycle Link is one of the best. Will return.

Steve aside.. associate s made me feel very rushed.. despite spending just under $300.00 … for instance .. handing me an invoice and answering phone calls before actually answering my in person questions.. one staff asked me if I didn’t like my nephew .. whom I was tuning up a bike for.. because I didn’t want to buy new plastic pedals that wouldn’t hit and be brutal on shins.... compared to original 1982 metal rough pedals… I felt rushed and insignificant.. would not recommend this place

Love this place, staff was super friendly and they definitely know what they're doing. I bought my bike on FB marketplace and it'd been pretty well loved. The brakes were a little loose but I'd made do riding it for 4 or 5 months until the chain started popping off and catching and in general just having issues. I figured it was time for some TLC, and the Bicycle Link did the best job! Even things I didn't notice got fixed, they fixed the seat into position and the gear shifting works beautifully, and the price was beyond reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back here!
