I would leave 0 stars if this was possible this I the worst experience I have ever had. I am a small business owner and what has happened to me is nothing short of fraud. I was told I would get 2 phones a tablet and not slot for 195 a month I have been a T Mobil customer for quite awhile now and recently paid off my old I phones and kid told me it was a promo. Yup to good to be true about a week later spent 4 nights in there trying to get help rectifying problem. Long story short returned tabled and hot spot and settled bill to be around 260 which wasn’t happy about but was a fair price. Just go bill again for 335 I’m done with this place and company and will never look at that store again I am contacting however I can to look into this place. Please stay away from here it is the absolute worse store I have ever been in!!! I am not a person who leaves bad reviews either like I said I own a small business and know the importance of reviews and usually if I have nothing nice to say I just don’t say anything at all, but I’ve had it

Needed to switch lines from another carrier and was having several problems with the previous carrier.Jess at the Weymouth T-Mobile took care of all the problems and got everything moved over. Very professional and capable.

I arrived 20 minutes before closing time but the store associate refused to help me, he said that there were no cellphones available. He was clearly lying and just didn't want to work. Very disappointed since I was looking forward to upgrade my broken device.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for approx.15 yrs and have never experienced such "sloppy" and "distracted" customer service before. I spoke with 2 employees trying to understand how to buy a new device and both were unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I left so disappointed and will never return to this location nor would I recommend.

I had to make a return of an Apple Watch I had ordered though customer service on the phone. They instructed me, that if I brought it back to store I would be credited with the money of taxes and other on my credit card, same day! Well it seems as the moment I walked into the store, I'd broken up a chat session between the employees, no other customers were in the store at that time. Well the minute I explained why I was there, the young woman told me right away, she couldn't ( wouldn't) help me at all! In fact she never even looked up my account at all and just plainly said she wasn't able to do the return. Well I was told on the phone with customer service just yesterday, it would be much quicker if I were to go to store and return the item. I called T-Moble on the phone and explained that the young woman would not accept the return there. I had my phone on speaker and as the woman on phone was trying to explain that they didn't do return's without a receipt. The woman on the phone preceded to ask her whether she looked up my account and she'd be able to see the purchase and everything else that was needed. The young woman got really rude, to me and the representative on the phone. She then proceeded to call her manager and while she finally asked for my phone number ( with her manager on her phone) and name. She found my information and then stopped and said she wasn't able to take the return. I was so frustrated with the whole attitude of this young woman, I left the store. I in return had customer service send me a return form for me to return it myself. If that is how these young people are going to deal with customers, I want nothing at all to do this this store again. All employees should be taught, politeness and how to treat a customer, it's truly a sad world today. It seems that young people today are not learning the skills they need in order to deal with people in general!

They are all liars! No one cares for your problems there even though the mistakes were made because of them! Even when was sprint before, same employees same lies! They don’t give you the service that you agreed for! Even customer service for T -mobile does nott answer anything! Changing my plan immediately! People save yourself sime time please and don’t go into this location!

Went in to transfer from sprint to T-Mobile. Worked with Karl and he was outstanding. I would definitely go back and recommend everyone that goes in there to work with Karl. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and was very efficient. He is the definition of a mobile expert. If your in the area go to this store, they will take care of you

We were there with my husband and mother in law to get new iPhones and update our plans. The staff and specially Karl, were outstanding. He was super patient and responded all of our questions and really aimed to help us and make sure we were satisfied. Great customer experience!

I been head of many big organizations I have very vast experience of public dealing I walk in and did business with T Mobil There I met with Kim and particularly Marquis I was impressed and convince In my opinion Marquis is the Asset of the T Mobil and Kim is equally good My good wishes are with them
