worst bank ever, nothing but issues trying to login, sometimes can't login at all. every other time i go over the atm is not working , my landlord use to use this bank ( bridge street weymouth ) and all she had was problems and that's why she left. this place is a joke, STAY AWAY i am leaving this bank as of today

I have been unable to log in to my own account since going back to work 3 weeks ago. My card was declined tonight and there is absolutely no reason it should be when I should have my savings in there as well as a direct deposit tonight. I have tried to call and email unsuccessfully. Very concerning.

I'll be withdrawing all my monies from this bank. They spontaneously and "conveniently" charged my account a large amount for some type of "fee" (with a no-fee type account) with absolutely NO explanation. I had maintained a significant/appropriate balance. I will be calling as soon as they're open and, if I get nowhere, will report to the police and also the Better Business Bureau straight away. They're also way behind the times as far as technology and can't do things many other banks can do. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, at a very minimum.

Go Santander bank much better than this !staff is so unprofessional.i regret opening an account here !talk to the manager instead of solving the problem he told to to close the account !! What a great way to manage the place
