“I recently left Bank of America for Rockland Trust Bank at 104 Main Street in Weymouth. My first time walking in, I was greeted by Stephanie the assistant branch manager. She was friendly, energetic and made me feel more than welcomed. I looked at their business banking products and knew I had to switch there! My first time there wasn't a fluke! I met Jenna Graziano, the branch manager and her energy was the same! Not just her, the whole team was like this! It's rare to come across a business where everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to address your concerns. I highly recommend this location in particular as I'm sure you won't be disappointed.”
“RFCU is the best bank in Massachusetts.I've had accounts at Bank of America, TD Bank, Citizens, Harborone over the 20 years, and have closed them all. “Convenient bank with fabulous staff most of them are very nice and will go out of their way to give you best service. I visited last Saturday for a regular bank visit was greeted by the best staff Elizabeth and Dan. I got all of my work done in a timely fashion and was dealt with upmost courtesy. I have dealt with Tara on previous occasions and she was just as nice. This bank has become my preferred bank not only for its long banking hours but also for the great staff.”
