I found the technician and Dr. Marie very kind and knowledgeable, and explained everything in an understandable and helpful manner. Everyone was personable yet professional, and the prices were reasonable compared to other veterinarian offices nearby. Thank you for a smooth transition for my three fosters, Deana, George, and Finn.

I had a high hope for this place. I went to their website and scheduled an appointment as directed on their website. It has been three days and I haven't received any response.
I called them several times today and left a voice message no one called me back. This is definitely a mismanagement. How can our sick pets can rely on a place like this?
I contacted other three veteran offices and they were very responsive.

My cats Luna & Grayson have been going to South Coastal for almost 4 years since they were babies. Each time I am there, everyone is so nice especially the vets! I recommend it to anyone looking for a vet and that’s the truth!

Each appointment expect to be made to wait 15-30 minutes. Yet, when you are ten minutes late AND call to let them know you’re five minutes away expect to be told your appointment has been filled by another person (who was actually scheduled thirty minutes later?) and that they don’t know how long it will be before you can be seen.
These folks are not focused on service. Their behavior revolves around money. On other occasions I’ve brought my dog here, they were selling me everything under the sun including unnecessary surgery.
Amusingly or not, note the sign in their lobby instructing customers to be nice. My advice to South Coastal is to be focused on providing care based on clients’ needs rather than your bottom line , be equally respectful of clients time and treat them fairly. You may not need the sign

The staff at South Coastal are always so kind and respectful. You can tell that they truly care about every animal that walks through their doors. I've been bringing my pets here for ten years and they are consistently great to work with.

Very kind and passionate staff, they were so great with my animals from start to finish. Costs of medical care is higher these days across the board but this practice has very reasonable costs and transparent prices. Highly recommend

South Coastal has always given our cats the best care. Being able to reach out to the vet via email or text is also a life saver for someone like myself who does not like talking on the phone. It's been so great being able to ask for advice and keep our cats doctor in the loop in between visits.

Our aging dog Bailee needed some extra TLC. Tech Jenna was outstanding - so pleasant, kind and understanding concerns we had. Extremely patient with Bailee also which is a win-win. The vet provided solid suggestions moving forward.

I always have a great experience bringing my dog Zeus to South Coastal. The staff is very professional and courteous at every visit. The cost is also affordable compared to other local vets. I always recommend South Coastal to anyone seeking a regular Vet for their pet. In the past 9 years, I have never had a bad experience. Thank you for all you do!
