where do i begin? brought my car in for a check engine light the first day of diag couldn't figure it out. ok i get it sometimes you gotta dig a little deeper into the problem. i have a breathalyzer installed in my car ( not proud of it ) but none the less,i picked it up first thing greasy paw prints on the arm rest,steering wheel and door frame,they removed my engine cover and just threw it in the back seat didn't put back on. plus they put my car into lock out because " eli " his so called diag guy tampered with my unit not ounce not twice but 3 times which costs me 30 dollars a pop. basically cause he doesn't want to blow into it. he tells me he contacted the company for my breathalyzer and told them they were doing service which i already put in for on there website. brought it back for more diag time again put it into lock out mode.still can't figure it out tells me he has to " research " more, got in to take it home again more greasy paw prints and never installed the engine cover ,this time it's not even in the car. i go back it's thrown in with other crap in the shop and he lost the nut that holds it down.what does "eli " do he goes out to a customers car " grey grand marquis " and steals it off that to give to me.the thing is i have brought this car over for service before never had an issue with the breathalyzer not until " eli " worked on it.basically they have no respect for other peoples property you don't give a car back in that condition. i turned wrenches for 10 years and i never ever returned a customers car in that condition. why don't you just give me the finger while your at it. chump." eli " couldn't diagnose a sore throat you hacks

i was really in a jam with a time crunch for a calibration for my car, jerry worked his magic got my part there and i think he even stayed a little late to get it done. very happy with the bill no complaints i would recommend this place to anyone.thanks again

Doors get dinged off the lift posts, hood paint along the seam by the windshield gets chipped due to tools resting against that area. diagnosis’s get you into a money pit for very simple stuff. A cheap exterior redo was the last thing this place needed. It needs a whole revamp of the garage bays and a enlargement of properly trained staff. Don’t get sweet talked. It’s pick and choose
