I recently started working out at SeanFit and it has been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. I hadn’t worked out in over a year due to a back injury and wanted to focus on building my fitness back up. I started PT sessions with Sean who customized workouts to my fitness level, and within a couple of weeks my strength improved which gave me the confidence to participate in the group classes. The classes are varied and target different muscle groups each day. Sean and Kristin keep a watchful eye during the sessions to ensure proper form and keep you motivated. I highly recommend Seanfit to anyone, regardless of fitness level.

Seanfit is a great place to get results and enjoy your work out at the same time! It’s challenging, yet they are constantly watching your form and making adjustments to ensure you get the most out of your work out. The people are friendly and the music is inspiring !! I started working out with Sean about 6 months ago after not working out for a year and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Sean took the time to work with me to bring me up to speed for classes. The classes are fast paced and each one is different which makes the time fly by. Exercises can be modified so any fitness level can participate. Even in a class setting Sean and Kristyn do a great job at observing and providing feedback. I genuinely feel that the team is invested in my progress and pushing me to do the best I can. I’ve made incredible progress and look forward to every session.

SeanFit is an excellent gym where the owner is the head trainer and he is very attentive to his clients’ needs at each and every workout. Sean is polite, attentive, professional, and very approachable. I enjoy going to the 5AM class each weekday and if I miss a day, I can go on Saturday to the 7AM class. I would highly recommend this gym!

I had never done any professional exercise before but was up for the challenge and I needed something to get me .I wanted to make some lifestyle changes. This is exactly what I needed!! I met Sean and my trainer Jack the most amazing and motivating trainers. They never pushed you but only inspired you. I loved all the positivity and their suggestion . I can see a difference in how I feel about me, my attitude and my outlook.

Sean and his team are focused on your individual goals and success while ensuring that you are safe and injury free. I highly recommend Seanfit to anyone, regardless of fitness level. So happy that I found SeanFit. Sean & Kristyn are attentive and knowledgeable. Classes are tough but you can modify exercises or adjust your pace to meet individual needs. I was a very active person but had some health issues that completely changed my ability to workout effectively on my own. Starting at a new gym (especially during a pandemic when you’re high risk) can be intimidating but Sean & Kristyn and the friendly atmosphere they’ve cultivated have made it a great experience for me. Highly recommend.

Seanfit is a great positive gym environment. The classes are so small so Sean can observe and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. If there is a modification you need Sean will accommodate it.

SeanFit has been life changing , i wish I knew about Sean & Kristyn earlier and started sooner. I love my training sessions with Sean, he is super knowledgeable, personable, and pushes me to the max so I want to keep coming back. My body has never felt so strong. It has been four months and my mobility, balance and strength have improved immensely and my body pain is minimal which is the best part. No two workouts are the same and it’s the best hour of my day! I can’t recommend Seanfit enough for kids and adults.

Best workout I have ever participated in.Instructors are very helpful and class sizes are limited which makes for a good atmosphere. It is an intense workout and once you start you are in your own zone. The workout consists of weight training and cardio and when you finish you are satisfied that you completed a really good workout.I would recommend joining Seanfit to anyone who wants to get in really good shape, and enjoys a strenuous workout, but also feels that they have pushed themselves to be in great physical condition.

Took a class here while traveling in the area for a couple weeks and it was awesome! The gym area was clean and the equipment was all nice and relatively new. Class size was about 8-10 people and the instructor Sean was excellent. He took the time to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable in the space (most other attendees seemed like regulars). The workout was also great, intense enough that you are pushing yourself but not so intense that it’s not enjoyable. All around great experience - highly recommend!

I love the format of our workouts, they are very safe but challenging, alternating 2 rounds of cardio and 2 rounds of weights. The time goes by super fast . We have a lot of fun together and have created some nice friendships along the way. Sean, and Kristen are excellent trainers and genuinely care and love what they do. Keep up the great work. ????
