This bank is terrible! Save yourself the hassle and choose to do your banking somewhere else. If you make the sad mistake of banking here then you definitely don't want to do any deposits through your mobile app. Supposed to have it in before 8:00 at night so it counts the same day you do that and they still hold your check hostage for another day. But it shows on your account that it's completed. Yet they didn't give you the funds to a check written from their own bank. This is ridiculous the way they operate. It's hit or miss whether you do a mobile check deposit. Whether your check will be there the next day or a day later.
This bank's closed a bunch of branches and they'll be closing a bunch more too. They should close this one. The people in here are helpless. Can't do nothing for you besides to tell you what you already know. Worst banking experience ever. Already got an account at the credit union. It's time to switch everything over and kick this amateur bank to the curb

Stopped using Santander years ago because of all the issues I opened an account back up and nothing but issues again this bank should be in court for fraudulent activity

My husband and I went in to have his accounts closed before moving over to our joint account. I have never liked his bank, he's had way more issues than I've had with mine. But at this branch, we worked with Ace, who was fantastic, and the only reason we were sad to go. He helped my husband through the process of closing, and didn't try to guilt us into keeping the account with them.

As a contractor I go to a lot of banks this is by far the most friendly bank i've been to in a long time also very helpful

My friend went to cash a check drawn on Santander, teller was rude and, when he got home she shorted him $100 and he went back she was even worse. He should’ve counted the money but didn’t. She shouldn’t work with customers!!!

This is by far the worst santander bank I've ever gone to. The manager Stephanie is extremely rude and could use some lessons in customer service, and should learn how to do her job. Never again will I ever be going to this location. If you are a new customer or a non customer, I would not recommend this location.

I really enjoyed this location. I usually do my banking at the West Roxbury location but was local in Weymouth that day so I gave it a try. The associates were very friendly and helpful. I believe it was the manager even held the door open for me, which was beyond expected and very kind. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Terrible service been waiting for a debit card for 4 weeks now called manager and he said the woman who opened account never sent it ..so he said he would overnight it and call me when it arrived but never did called today after another week of waiting only for him to tell me that it is at that location and noone informed me it was there..why couldnt it be overnighted to my address??? Terrible service ..
