Went to this place for an inspection sticker and never again. 1st comment the Asian guy said was, "oh no, your cars tents are too dark and won't pass for inspection." When my car doesn't even have tents. Right there I should have walked away because at the end of service, he ended up failing my car anyways. Horrible customer service.

This place is great! My parents have purchased their cars here for years and won't go anywhere else! I recently about 2 months ago got a ford escape from this place and loved the service and how easy it was, (making your first car purchase can stressful and annoying) BUT here it was awesome! I recommended s&e auto to my boyfriend a few days later and he also bought a car too. I'll be a s&e customer any day!!

Bad news is that my car broke down on the way to a retreat Good news is that it happened near S&E, where I was able to get my car serviced. I've worked with many auto shops in the past, and I was very happy with how honest, kind, and hard-working the S&E team was throughout the process. Toby and Chris are great.

Absolutely horrible service experience I went to S&E for the inspection sticker on my wife's Jeep - I've been a customer of S&E for more than 20 years. Although the car was only 2 years old, it failed inspection due to a check engine warning light. I was told that all I needed to do was get the issue resolved, and I could bring the car back and a valid sticker would be provided. My dealer fixed the issue, and two months later I finally brought the car back to S&E to get the valid sticker. I was told, AFTER the work was done, that I now needed to pay them an additional $35 for the new sticker. Apparently, or so I'm now told for the first time, there's a 60 day window on the temp sticker.... Understand, I had run over to get the sticker without even taking my wallet - after all I was told it would be a quick and easy free swap.... After explaining the situation, and what I was told when I had originally brought the car in, the technician (who was really quite understanding) reappeared with the Sales Mgr. from the showroom. To put it bluntly, he was rude, completely condescending, and told me that I had to come up with the money or he would not give me my registration back. Literally - he REFUSED to give me my registration! Sound like theft?!?!? This j*** made me drive his technician back to my house to get payment, and drive him back to the dealership, before he would give me my registration back!!! If that's the type of dealership you want to do business with then have it it... For me, S&S has lost my business. What a crappy experience.
