This bank is horrible I had an auto loan with them The loan was for over 30k years later I only owe 4k and because I was late a couple months and they refused any partial payments they rushed to take my car back. They didn't communicate with me and acted very unprofessional about the whole thing. They didn't care I got sick during a time of the pandemic they only cared about taking the car. I would never recommend them at all. Stay away from this bank if you get sick they will default you without talking to you

I called to open an account. I was on hold so long that I booked the appointment online. I wanted my trust to be the beneficiary and was told when I arrived that a copy was needed. I called the next morning to say I had my trust and can I please have an appointment today. There was nothing available. I have a significant amount of money to deposit but I guess they don't want my business. Looks like customer service could care less. Very disappointed. If this is a sign of customer service then I am better off elsewhere.

I use the branch located in Rockland. I've never had any problems in the year i have been doing business with them. My only complaint would be that they are a bit slow but the customer service has been exceptional, and I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking to do business with them! Good work Rockland Fed Cred!

Worst customer service, never willing to help you. I literally got yelled at by 3 different woman on the phone, one being a manager. I would stay far far away from this place if you want to stay sane.

I went in to make a deposit about a month ago and it went smoothly. Could've been a bit quicker, but I was still able to do it.

Great Bank for Young People: 20 something trying to learn better habits and get out of debt/student loans. They have an awesome app that calculates a "debt payoff snowball" and links to my creditors to update my balances in real time. Their app will save me $12,000 in 4 years by calculating payoff times by interest rate and other factors. Also they gave me the best rate on an auto loan... and helped me pay it off in full. Love going to the Weymouth branch. The manager Jack will actually sit down with customers, look at their accounts, and help them get organized and use all the bank has to offer. One time he told me that meeting all sorts of people is his favorite part of the job. They have helped me so much... credit score from 610 to 735 in a year, and knocking out the debt. Thank you RFCU!

Katie that works at this branch is very rude. My experience here has always been good. But Katie shouldn't work in customer service if she's going to be a child and not talk like and treat people like adults.

Worst bank on the PLANET!! Cannot pay online, charges for paying over the phone, reports loan defaults IMMEDIATELY. RUN! I only got a loan through them because they were the only bank the sketchy car dealer worked with. INSTANT regret, and I am still paying for it. Gave me a credit hit and now can not refinance my house. They harass the HELL out of you. Buyer BEWARE!!!

i have been with this bank for over 15 years up until recently they had been a serviceable place to bank. Then I bring in my wife to make a deposit and they proceed to make fun of her accent right to her face, this is not only discriminatory it was extremely insulting to both myself and my wife( that being said this was the marshfield branch) a bunch of old bitties to comfortable in their jobs to bother with customer service, also their lack of knowledge of there own banking products is deplorable ( i have more thank six accounts at this bank plus my mortgage . I have since switched to the Rockland branch and they have been pleasant and welcoming. We will see if they can persuade me to stay at this bank with proper customer service. Now i have my mortgage with mass housing so soon i may be switching credit unions. if you choose this credit union do not bank in marshfield!!

I've been to multiple branches of RFCU. In person they are nice & friendly, however they notoriously mess up paperwork, approve u for a credit card, only to never grant it to u. At least it's not Bank of America! But, NOW they're in the game of imaginary feed on ur FREE CHECKING ACCOUNTS even tho it violates ur contract.

Very disappointed with their customer service. My husband and I had an account with them. I took my name off the account, due the fact that my credit doesn't have much history anymore as home maker. Currently I am 9 months pregnant and past my due date. So naturally I used to drive through window to make a payment (getting in and out of car is quite difficult). The teller proceeded to give me a hard time as if I was trying to take money, not make a payment. It's not like I'm trying to get medical records and I'm violating the Hyppa law. I'm trying to give you money, my name is on all the checks! Stop acting difficult and giving someone a hard time when they are paying you! Like the other married couple who left a comment below, we too are leaving the bank.

What a baaaaad customer service skills. My wife has account with them and I was there to make a deposit and ask them if they could change some money to $20 bills and they refused me. I talked to the manager and he said they will do it but then I was told this was the only time they will do it. They could have made me their account holder with little effort but instead now I am going to close my wife's account with them too. They need a refreshing course about customer service.

I was set up with an auto loan with these guys by the dealership. You can't make any online payments, so I went in in person to set up autopay. I wanted to automatically make additional principal payments every month. No problem, they said. Well, long story short, seven months later they've "fixed" this twice and they still are applying the extra money to the next month's payment instead, completely defeating the point. The last time I was there they told me they had to get a "specialist" to look at it but they'd call me back on Monday, which has come and gone. I'll never voluntarily deal with this institution again.
