Great mechanic and service, best in Weymouth area . I’ve tried few different ones but always go back to Ricky Smith Auto. He saved my Ford fusion from troubles few times?All around great, respectful and HONEST guy who knows really well what he’s doing. Best mechanic you can get. Fast , knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommended.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY shady business overcharge without notice causing damage and hiding it i had to spent so much more just to fix the damages they cause on my car then my original problem which is just a strut replacement they did the worst job possible on the strut causing damage to the lower ball joint axle boot and broken off razor blade poking right in to my tires dangerous repair they do also no cottage pin on castle nut cuz they broke my lower balljoint and couldn't used the pin hole no more they just screw on the castle but and done also with the axle boot they Poke thru resulting needing new axle and ball joint just stay away to save yourself time, money, and headache.

Best mechanic I have ever found. Everyone who works here is always so nice. They always get me in quick to fix my car and are really accommodating even with a not very flexible schedule. They are very honest and transparent with problems and offer affordable solutions. It never takes long either, I am usually in and out within the hour. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Sam fixes everything on my Jeep and does an amazing job. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and very reasonably priced. If you're in the Weymouth/Quincy area, this is the place to go!

Cornelius has been taking his Vehicles to Ricky Smith Auto Repair or many years and hasn’t been disappointed yet. I remember being in one of the vehicles when’s belt broke. Cornelius called Sam 45 mins before he closed had the vehicle towed to Ricky Smith Automotive And by 1pm the next day (a Saturday) the belt was replaced. Sam is now his go too guy and will be all the time. He replaced engines, fuel pumps, belts, tires and other work not mentioned. SamGoes above an beyond for his customers. Cornelius and I highly recommend Sam for your Automotive needs.Services: Tires

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before (good or bad). However I had such a great experience with the mechanic Sam that I had to write something! I’ve been to so many mechanics before and every time has been awful. Most recently took my car in to a Honda dealership for an oil change/checkup and they broke my car. It wouldn’t even drive out of the lot. Then tried to make me pay for it.Finding a good mechanic is so hard. Especially as a woman, it feels like you get taken advantage of and constantly need to be suspicious of if you’re over paying. Sam tells it like it is, doesn’t try and overcharge you or sell you on a bunch of unnecessary things your car doesn’t need. He’s so friendly and efficient, I’ve never had to wait long to get my car looked at. I can tell he has so much experience in what he does and I feel totally comfortable leaving my car. Trustworthy mechanics are hard to find so I 100% recommend seeing Sam for your car troubles! 10/10Services: Brakes
