I have had the most amazing experience with Resident Essentials. I have ordered from them many times and their products are high quality, their customer service is top notch, and they are fast and reliable. They also stand by their products which I very much appreciate. My grandmother has loved wearing their clothing and the process of ordering from them has been seamless. They have the customer service feel of a small company but the professionality and breadth of product choices of a large company. They receive my highest level of recommendation!

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Resident Essentials. We’ve bought clothing and other items for my mother and found the quality of everything we purchased and the customer service to be excellent.I have recommended this company to friends with parents in nursing homes.

I care for an aging parent with mobility challenges and recently ordered adaptive clothing from Resident Essentials. The customer service representative (I think her name is Trish) I spoke to was very patient and caring. She recommended certain items that are working out great. The clothing we received is high quality too. We'll be buying again!
