Just over all not a pleasant place to go. Especially if it’s dealing with my money. Closing my account. Everyone there doesn’t look like me so when I walk in I’m the show. All set. Next bank 2024.and anyone who left behind a great review,….just look at the names lol. Sad. Because this is a younger generation. So this environment they are creating in this branch was taught.

I went today at 1210 and both the drive thru and the building were closed. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. It says in both the website and the branch doors that their hours are 820am to 1230pm, so why has it been closed just after 12noon 3 times on a sat, extremely frustrating

Honestly this bank is usually great however their supervisor who wouldnt give me her name at the time started being very rude over the phone, talking over me not listing to my questions then giving me information I didnt ask for.(also slams the phone down on me while I'm in mid sentence. Then after I'm in a call with another bank I get 2 phone calls in a row from the branch manager telling me about how I need to not be so rude to her employees. Only use the Quincy location if you need acually help they are far more helpful and understanding.

Highly recommend this location! Very helpful and polite. Feels good banking with people who actually care ! Mrs. Henson was amazing. I will be back with all of my change for the coin machine lol.

Have been with this back for 20 yrs. They are the best. Any issues or problems are taken care of rights away. Pay all bills electronic and never have a problem. Have a check? Take a pic and deposit without going to bank. Have received car loans in 1 day, with rates that not 1 dealer can beat. Service second to none. Have tried other banks and they cannot come close to this one. They protect your money, if an issue you don't have to go through 100 people to get resolved. They do it asap. Their online banking is so easy to use. I would never use another bank. My son got an account their and moved 75 miles away. Still uses it because it's all online and he's had 4 or 5 others and said cannot get the service he gets anywhere else. Its really a great bank and can't say enough about it.

Jessica and Ellen were awesome! They worked really hard to get the refinance of my auto loan done in a fast and professional manner, at first when I applied the process seemed more trouble than it was worth, but after Jessica called me she explained she'd help me through every step! She saved me from not following through on my application to refi. Forever thankful for her and Ellen's efforts in helping me get the loan

I worked with Bethany to set up my first car loan. She was very kind and patient with me, walking me through the whole process and answering all of my questions. She did not pressure me to have anything added on, as I have encountered in other banks. She completed everything quickly and efficiently. I ended up opening up an account with them as well, and will be leaving my big bank to do my business with them. Since then, every employee I have worked with has been as friendly and happy to help me. I am so happy with my decision!

Sandy from the member service department was incredible. Not only did she help me with what I need from the bank but she gave me the best advice on something's to help fix my credit and also advised me to a GREAT website that shows you how to improve/maintain your credit. She has a smile on her face the whole time even though the banked closed at 7pm and I was there last customer. As many know who worked retail or food services when someone comes in close to close they don't get the best of service. Sandy I will recommend anyone to you and I hope you are rewarded for your awesome customer service on a daily base.

Met with the branch manager, Ellyn, who was absolutely fantastic. She assisted me in signing out a loan within a half hour. Not only was she efficient she was extremely polite and made the process less stressful.

What a great experience. We sat down with Ellen 2 weeks ago to Refinance an Auto Loan. She was so helpful in guiding us down the path towards our Loan. We first had to become members, which we were looking forward to do as we had heard great things about QCU. Ellen exceeded our expectations on Customer Service. The whole QCU family is very inviting and helpful. After we became Members, Ellen brought in Sandy to help with our Refinance Application. After a few moments we were done and very satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend QCU for all banking needs, they make you feel like you are part of the Family.

Had to edit my review from the last couple of months. Although Quincy credit union has been helpful in the beginning and have great intentions, dealing with them is an absolute nightmare. From not getting my checks on time due to employees not knowing how to order them, to not getting my debit card because they forgot. Trying to get a different account set up to take payments for my car loan has been terrifying. It's like all the very basic things a bank shouldn't mess up has been accomplished here. Every time I call I get so frustrated now and they don't seem to care. No matter how simple the tasks that need to be completed, they manage to screw it up. Even their own former employee was telling me how awful it is to work there. Let me also mention how when I first set up my auto loan, they accidentally took twice the amount that was due and it was like pulling teeth trying to get my money back. I don't want to hate this credit union because truthfully they have helped me out a lot and have made some things simple, but I can't help but wonder if they're just taking advantage of my kindness. At this time I would not recommend anyone to bank here until they get their stuff together. Now that I've moved to California, I regret having opened an auto loan here.
