Disappointing service. Dropped off a sweater to patch a hole and dry clean a shirt on sep 26 for oct 5 pickup. I went to pickup October 14 and dry cleaned shirt cost $10 and the sweater is not ready. Dry clean seems severely over priced and I was disappointed by the delay.
With the other 5 dry cleaners nearby, I’m very disappointed in the service.

What a gem. I took my 95 year old father to Plaza Cleaners & Tailors to have a suit altered for my daughter's wedding. It needed significant alterations. They were so gracious, patient and respectful to him, and the tailor worked absolute magic on the suit. The tailoring area is the nicest I have ever seen.

They are so racist over there. I went to this place with my parents for press and dry and cleaning service; while she had my mother's dress in her hands, she asked me if it was a pillow.
White people are welcome there, but Black people receive different hostile customer services.
This place is disappointing me.

I recently brought a badly stained wedding gown in to be cleaned. The hem/train area was in tough shape. The owner, Costa, and his staff were very kind and professional and went above and beyond on taking care of this dress for me. I called a couple times on the progress and he told me he was doing an extra process on the dress to try remove the tougher stains. I picked it up as a very grateful customer. I had never used this cleaners before as it is not real close to my house but it had been recommended to me. Please give them a try. I certainly will go back.

Family run, they care about their customers, prices are reasonable, garments are handled and treated with care. Service is exemplary. I've used several competitors in the area. Plaza is the best around.
