Had a pretty poor experience here a few weeks ago. Made an appointment to test drive a specific car, and of course when I show up, they don’t have that car and put me in a used version of the same car. (Bait and switch) Come to talk pricing, and they were trying to charge the same price for the used one as the new one as it was an off lease car of the same model year with 10k miles.
Even more so, the new car was still available but just being driven by the owner of the dealership at his vacation house in Nantucket. Overall really bad experience, huge waste of time. They didn’t even tell me I would be test driving a used car until I got into the car and saw it had 10k miles.
Overall, it seems like the manager and owner pull a lot of favors for themselves and their friends and try to make up those costs and losses by screwing over other customers. Will never be going back.
This could have been avoided if they had been honest about what car I was coming to see.

Been without a car for a little while, havent been able to save for a down payment these times are tough. But Petros helped me and did everything he could to get me into a brand new car !! Thank you I appreciate it so much if you need help I recommend this whole company amazing people, do everything in their power to help and they are great customer service.

I had the best experience purchasing my first brand new car today. I had the pleasure dealing with Petros as my sales man and he was phenomenal. In and out 1.5 hour process I can't believe it qas so quick!

My friend's son bought a used CRV at this dealership, met with the sales person 'Sam' and his manager. Sam answered all my friends and his son questions. Sam manager did the follow up call, willing to help my friend in pricing and my friend request. Gave 5 stars for this dealership..

My wife and I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Pilot and were impressed by the accommodating and professional behavior exhibited by the entire dealership, particularly with our sales rep Aaron. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase and can't thank him enough.

Excellent experience with everyone we dealt with at Ocean Honda of Hanover. Aaron Pincus was our sales rep, he was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and expedicious. We purchased a slightly used Honda CR-V. The car was delivered in meticulous condition and Aaron introduced us to many of the important features and answered several questions. Overall it was very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing new or used.

Petros is the man! Did the impossible selling my mom a car not used but new! I went with her to maybe 10 dealerships in the past 2 weeks & she was undecided! Came here & in 2 hours she went from used to a new HRV! I don’t know how he did it but he did it!

Called to check inventory on a pilot trailsport. We were told “yup I have two keys pulled for you”. So we drove down from Quincy in traffic and when we got there they didn’t have the trailsport but have a touring instead. I would not have drove down for a touring. Definitely won’t be buying a car here.

My husband and I had a great experience buying a new car at Ocean Honda of Hanover! Our salesman Petros Lalakidis was so easy to work with. We never felt pressure to purchase and Petros was so patient with us when we had apprehension like most do when purchasing a new vehicle. Ocean Honda was such a relaxed and comfortable environment! We had a wonderful day at Ocean Honda and a great experience purchasing our vehicle. Petros was top shelf!!!
