So... The guy that helped us was excellent and friendly and also took his time helping us. That said, I ended up paying full retail on all three phones purchased because this store does not honor metro PCS's upgrades. I was informed that metro PCS just wasn't offering them currently which was whacky since I've been with metro since 2009 and never heard that before. Later, I was informed by an agent with Metro when calling in to activate another phone, that it was because it is at the discretion of the owners at each store. Really a bummer that you can't just come in and get the discounts that Metro has always offered after you've earned it by paying your monthly bills simply because the owners of said store don't want to participate in the deals that are offered but... All in all it was a decent experience. The employee made the difference this time.

Went in to buy a new Samsung but the owner who seemed super nice told me the Revvl is wayyy better ! He was very helpful setting up and even came out to my car to show me how to connect there. Well that was it.. the worst phone I ever owned! Dropped calls were the only constant thing about it! I called Metro to return and they laughed and said that was the WORST phone ever but too bad so sad no return . So now after all this time I get a new phone from another location. Not Weymouth

Woulda Given 0 stars if possible, the store page on google says it closes at 7pm but i got there today 6:30 to resolve something very important on my phone and the door was already locked and the worker was just there inside sitting on her A$$ killing time! If i was the owner I would inspect a little more this store to avoid getting new reviews like this one!

I have to tell you that anytime I have a problem with my phone the staff at Metro on Union St in Weymouth are always patient with me and my lack of knowledge with my phone and extremely helpful! They are all great, and always take care of any problem I have!

I brought a friend to Metro on Union street,Weymouth today. We were helped by a sales associate, Steve Wilson, He was extremely helpful and patient. It was wonderful to deal with someone who knew how to speak to and assist customers with No problem. He also convinced me to switch from AT&T to metro. I also saw Steve be a super star helping other customers as well. I hope Metro knows what a great employee they have. Because of social media technology most sales associates do not know how to speak to people face to face, which is a shame. And Steve knew how to speak to everyone who walked in the store. Thank you Steve.

This is the only Metro Pcs I will go to in my area. All of the staff are knowledgeable and honest. They want you to be happy with your purchases. They also explain things well and are able to problem solve and give options when fixing something. Other stores in my area I have been to the manager was pushy, rude and lied to me about a phone just to get commission. Ever since that incident I've been faithfully going to this location and have been really impressed with their help.

Very disappointing. I have phone insurance and my phone broke. I sat on phone for over 2.5 hours getting run around, I am not able to file a claim because I dont know an 8 digit pin number even though they take the payments out of my bank account monthly. Verified home address. Verified date of birth. They wouldnt process my claim stating the validity cant be verified. Other than cheap service that's exacty what you get garbage. Paid for a phone for a year with insurance and this is how they treat a loyal customer thumbs down for Metro service sux
