They may be a small office but they offer big service! Sharon the owner is busy preparing taxes. Colleen is at the front desk. They not only offer a first class tax service, but you'll find they try to make you feel at home offering beverages and treats. My advice is to step away from the overpriced tax services, your paying more for their name and do yourself a favor and check out the Landing Tax Group and leave with not only a ? smile on your face but, more of your hard earned tax money in your pocket!Thanks again Sharon!

Sharon and her team at Landing Tax company are the best around! Not only is she very helpful and knowlegeable with our taxes but she is personable and goes above and beyond! Taxes can be a stressful situation and she knows how to ease that stress and help you in anyway she can!I recommend Sharon and her group to all my family and friends- if you are looking for a great person to do your taxes, Sharon is your person!!

Just used Sharon and her crew at Landing Tax Group for the first time and all I can say is thank you so much! A wonderful experience, and a Sharon was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I've always been a TurboTax guy but I'll be using LTG as my trusted tax preparation service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional.Everyone in that office needs to take a class on ethics and customer service.Sharon has a habit of walking away while you’re still taking to her, rushes you, and never lets you finish a sentence. If you ask too many questions (about your OWN taxes) she gets mad and doesn’t let you finish your sentence. Bring your money and your needs to someone else.

Sharon was absolutely amazing! Aside from being lovely, she was so professional and knowledgeable. She was a huge help, explained everything, and even gave a suggestion on making an adjustment to my deductions on my paycheck for next year, that I greatly appreciated. My mother has some questions about her taxes and Sharon took time to answer her questions and made the process so pleasant. Taxes are so stressful but she made it so easy and comfortable! Absolutely lovely person! We will definitely be returning! If I could do 10 stars I would!

I have been going to see Sharon for a few years. She makes tax season less stressful, almost enjoyable. She is very professional, at the same time she is a great conversationalist and fun to chat with. She asks how family is doing and really cares. Even if Uncle Sam is not kind to me, I leave there in a good mood. I recommend her to all my friends.

Booked an appointment two weeks ago. Dropped my documents off last weekend and came in today with my wife to finalize the paperwork. Everything was organized and streamlined, would definitely recommend this business to any of my friends or family.My wife and I have tried a few different tax preparers and have even filed ourselves a couple of times but we’ve found landing tax group to be our preferred place for tax filing moving forward.Staff there are very knowledgable and very personable, we might even say that we had a fun time being there? I know strange… but anyhow we appreciate the service and the people here and rate them 5/5 all day long.
