There are many good collision shops in the area. But I will not be looking for any other than Jannell should I, God forbids, need one. My two yo Volvo was rear-ended. Ryan and his team restored to a pristine condition, replacing a good number of parts. There is a lot of electronics in this car, and some was damaged. They restored it all. Ryan also took care of all interactions with insurance with the best possible outcome. Thank you, guys, great job!

Great body shop! Their work is excellent. I just had the nicest, most thoughtful experience w a mechanic working on my car. I'm a type 1 diabetic, I have a back up meter for my car. 2 days after dropping it off. I realized I needed it. Fingers ? it was in my car. I rushed down there. They walked me into my car (mechanic working on it and pieces of my car in the backseat. I quickly started searching. The mechanic asked what I was looking for. He had found it on the backseat n put it in my glove compartment to keep it safe! Wonderful place and staff

We took my husband’s car to Jannell Collision Center after being hit by a deer. The workers were pleasant to work with and great at what they do, and the repairs were turned around quickly. We will definitely be using Jannell in the future!

I needed a hood replaced on my Mercedes due to some stupidity on my part. I called Ryan at Jannell. He gave me several options for a fix. I chose to go with his best recommendation and I'm glad I did. It's like it never even happened! Although I told him it was no hurry it only took less than two weeks and that's including me making up my mind and him then ordering a new hood that had to be painted. I had to pay out of pocket because of my bad but I felt the price was very fair, he even came in under quote. So much so I offered him a tip which he refused. This is the second time I've dealt with Ryan and for my money he's best and a good guy to boot! These guys are at the top of their craft.

I'm very meticulous about my vehicle and was wanting whomever repaired it to care as much as I did about returning my vehicle to pristine condition which is 110% what happened! Ryan provide incredible service from the moment I called, he set up a tow (the individual that came was also great!), he dealt with the insurance company and also ensured myself and my husband were updated every step of the way. He was amazing through the entire process and even helped us make additional alterations to the vehicle while at the shop. Ryan was also helpful in finding a place to bring the car to have the front end wrapped. Getting your vehicle repaired after an accident is not something anyone wants to deal with but if I need work done again I will never hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to Jannell Collision. I couldn't be happier with the end result! Thank you Ryan and the entire team at Jannell Collision!

I recently had an accident during a heavy rain & wind storm and hit a tree branch that fell across the road. I was referred to Ryan, from Jannell Collision Center by Dave, from Jannell Ford.
