HR Block took my money but failed to process returns. Was told it is a HR Block system error however I am still waiting. Been 2 and a half months! I want my money back.

Yet another chain establishment which is understaffed with employees who are completely overstretched. The exorbitant cost for filing was a huge waste as I had to keep calling the tax departments due to the mess. The post-filing customer support is non-existent, they even hangup on calls after keeping on hold for 45+ mins.
Learnt the hard way that H&R stands for Hopeless & Repulsive.

Always have a good experience when I go to h&r Block. Ever since I've been going there I have not had to pay because they find everything and correct my mistakes when I was doing it myself. That's why I go there and they're friendly and they give you the best deductions and they find them all. Thanks, h&r Block!
