The guy that works at the Weymouth Hertz Is the most rudest man I ever met and no customer service at all was rude as could be felt like I was bothering him give me any information and screwed me a $500 stay away from that one

I reserved a comfort car to work for Uber and they gave me one that was not comfort with the comfort price. I canceled it instantly and they told me that they would return my money in 2 days. I lost my time and my job due to their irresponsible mistake.

I would give this place zero starts if I could. We made a reservation for a full sized suv weeks ago. Arrived after 8 the store wasn’t open. Next they told us we had to wait an additional hour and a half so we did. We came back still no car. Ended up having to cancel and drive our own car. What a waste of time. This place should just close down.

Just called this place about a Uber rental and the guy that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. He tells me that the cars they come and go Yes I understand that the car has come and go. You proceeds to tell me "I don't think you do understand". Luckily there are laws in place to keep people from doing unreasonable things. You have the balls to offend someone over the phone. Before I called this Weymouth location I called the Quincy Southern artery location and they were rude as well on the phone. Sounds like Hertz sucks????????????

Absolutely scandalously bad service. I was supposed to rent a car from Uber and they didn't have the car available had one left that cost a significant amount more and then after trying One credit card the second one didn't go through I was $5 short and Sam the manager said he wasn't going to let me run any more cards accused me of phishing! said it was Uber policy. He Just left me and my stranded in Weymouth and refused any further working of things like transferring money between my accounts to come up there for $5. Without doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a car rental agency

DO NOT come here. If your insurance sent you here, like me, call and change the reservation. Go to Enterprise!!!! Enterprise is close and wonderful! Night and day difference.
In regard to this nightmare of a location, they do not answer the phone and are impossible to contact. If you leave a voicemail, they do not call you back or even listen to your message. I called the company number for Hertz and they couldn’t reach this location either. Let that sink in.
Funny enough, Sam could answer a personal phone call while “helping” me but he is incapable of answering any business related calls. He also gave me someone else’s contract. So, I had to drive back the next day to correct his mistake since this location doesn’t answer the phone.
Also, as other reviewers have said, they charge your credit card and don’t provide explanations, warnings, or receipts.
This branch deserves to close. I hope it does.

Horrible experience. Made reservation 3 weeks in advance and when walked in no cars on lot. Thats okay but the guy wasnt even ready to help with situation. His words "there is enterprise near by check there". After escalations and almost 1 hour 30 mins, he gave stingy uncleaned car, which was smoked in, had tissues all over the place. He didnt even bother to have a walkthrough. Seemed he was renting to Uber rather customers with reservations. I never ever had such a lousy experience at any other place.

My experience is amazing here, I have taken car rental from them couple of times before I got my car. Their staff specifically Gagan, he is super supportive and explain everything in details and will full transparency. He is super quick in closing the deal, he will clear all your doubts and will give you ample time to give you all clarification. I would recommend this centre to everyone and do meet Gagan if you go there.

Bad customer service, they try to give me a suburu forester (compact suv) instead of the midsize suv that I rented, but it’s not about the car only it’s the way they treat the customer even if they are wrong.

If this is your first time renting a car, this place isn’t the place for you. My first experience walking into the door at Hertz in Weymouth, MA, certainly wasn’t a a warm welcome. Especially, since all I was there to do was to pick up a reservation that was already paid for. We all have bad days but apparently for this specific Hertz Employee (Sam) it was more than he could handle. I was threatened I would be kicked out just for waiting patiently and stating in a very calm tone that he was being very unprofessional. His behavior in general was unacceptable.
My experience at Hertz in the Weymouth location was absolutely horrible and completely unprofessional. Wouldn’t absolutely not recommend.
Ps: When I entered I mentioned to Sam that, “I have a reservation I need to pick up.”, in a polite manner. He then replied sarcastically, “Congratulations!”, as if we won a prize.

Be careful, and stay away they gave me a vehicle that died on me in the middle of the highway, they wouldn’t replace the vehicle unless I had to go with the tow truck and the vehicle to the airport location to switch the vehicle. They sent me to the wrong location (repair airport facility ) I got stuck for hours, finally after the terrible customer service figured out what they did they asked me to Uber to the airport to pick another vehicle(paid out of pocket )they said they will refund me back and gave me a case number after contacting the customer service they responded with an automated email and they never responded to my emails or reimbursed me for the Uber charges not the 2 days loss of rental .terrible experience ever and customer service they kept switching me from one person to another they had no idea what they were doing.

They didn't have the car I registered for. The agent explained nothing about the vehicle I was given. No front plate. When I dropped the car off a man came in and said he had been to 3 hertz stores before getting what he registered for. Not impressed
