A dealership should do more for a customer than just collect the profit on an expensive vehicle it sold at MSRP. Being told to go to the manufacturer to resolve what should be a simple warranty issue/repair is the epitome of laziness and beyond comprehension.

Completely rude throughout whole service with my family especially big boss. They were sad they couldn’t figure out a problem a 2nd grader could find so they were rude to my family and didn’t respond and made things more complicated :(
WOMP WOMP u couldn’t find the problem first few tries we gave y’all :( Cry me a river no need for the rudeness and disrespect they gave towards my family

I had a great experience with the service department. I bought a used 2019 RAM Bighorn from another dealer with a 60day warranty. On day 61 the truck was dead. The dealer told us we'll come and get it and fix it at your expense. I decided to call Good Brothers. They trouble shot it down to the Body Control Module and fixed it. A week later same problem. They replaced it again but, this time noticed moisture in the BCM. They asked if they could keep the truck until the next rain. Sure enough the 3rd party replacement windshield was leaking. I called Tiny & Son, they replaced the windshield with a RAM windshield. Good Brothers installed another BCM. That was 6 months and many rain storms ago. Real good service people and charged me a very fair price. Needless to say I'll never use another RAM dealer. I highly recommend Good Brothers for service.

Had my truck in there for service only because it was under warranty. The guy in service that answers the phones all the time is terrible at his job. They replaced a valve cover gasket for me and it had a slow leak after which I did not notice for over a year because it was on the back side and barely leaking out after they fixed it. I called them and they said they would not fix the problem even though they did not install the gasket correctly. I had another place remove the valve cover, and we found that the gasket was out of place on the backside. It was bent over and that’s why it was not sealing correctly. They did not take the proper time to make sure that the valve cover gasket was in place after wedging it back where it’s supposed to go (drivers side) which is a difficult task, but they decided to bolt the cover down without checking the gasket which caused the leak. The gasket was also torn in the same general area on the corner.
