We have purchased kitchen and laundry appliances from GWT. The purchasing process has been grest with Sue Keith's guidance and advice. Delivery has been good, but when our refrigerator door came damaged the store was not there to support us. The manager Donna had attitude and we had to fight to get a replacement. We expected more when shopping a local family owned business.GWT reached out to us and made things right!We just purchased a new Webber gas grill for summer entertaining. Lots of models to choose from. After looking at the choices we went with a different model than our original choice and so glad that we did. The grill arrived today, fully assembled and they took our old rusty one away. Delivery was great and the delivery people even had great suggestions on where to place our new grill. So happy with another great purchase from team Toma!

Washington Toma’s salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The dishwasher I purchased was delivered on time. I was pleased to do business with a local appliance store, particularly considering their long time support of ARC.

Awesome, Richard Shuman is the best!! Experienced, knowledgeable and a really nice person. The delivery guys were great, polite, courteous and very helpful, even moved our heavy old TV for us. I highly recommend G.W.Toma for all your appliances, TV's, stereo,s . Won't go anywhere else.

I only go to Toma for all of my appliances because they truly stand behind every appliance they sell. I had a dishwasher that kept breaking .When I called the 3rd or 4th time a pleasant lady said no, we have been out several times. We will take the dishwasher back. Come pick out a new one. I paid the difference in price.
