Nice place & very low hassle to get a locker/space (not like other places in the area that have onerous application steps). We just pulled the last few items out and closed our account but it was a good service.

Where do I begin, needless to say I'm not a happy customer! But I was very loyal for many many years, I had rented 2 or more units very large units but between the harassment letters, calls I am forced to empty these and put all my stored belongings into my small apartment, I no longer have a bedroom or livingroom but it's for peace of mind.. I paid I paid I paid all they no job, pandemics years and the non stop kept coming!?? They lost payments that I would fight to prove I paid, I've even put payment by camera in their very own payment slot and had them deny me access !!!! I may have been late at times but jeeeez paying 5-700 a month they always got their money....What made up my mind was the ammt of bugs and traps around.I saw a dead mouse right outside the bathroom...That and the countless calls etc my son and I are done!! We started with the large now to the medium which isn't easy when you have 2 full time jobs. and a small car, renting a truck and trailer each trip from the 59 miles away we live...The only good thing I could say was the woman that worked there NOT MAIN OFFICE( she Dux) but works in the office at The storage in Weymouth on middle street was a GEM...pure heart and understands real people have real struggles.....As far as this corporation heartless..... Put ur things somewhere besides here!!!!! Unless u want added stress that we all do not need...

Great experience with them. have had a unit at this location for a few years. Cant beat the prices. Facility is locked up at night too, makes it very secure. 5 stars

Very clean facility. Very easy to pull up with Uhaul or truck to unload. Push carts available, friendly staff, best rates in the area for sure

Big, clean storage facility. Well-lit. Climate controlled. In a safe area, right underneath the Petco building. Good rates as well!
