We wanted two rips in our fabric sofa repaired. Eddie came over and used some extra fabric we had on hand and did a super job. Much cheaper and more eco-friendly than reupholstering the whole thing or getting a new couch. I highly recommend them for repairs!

Our experience with DiCarlo was unbelievable! Absolutely top-notch and I can't recommend them highly enough. I had two ten year-old, contemporary Italian sofas from a previous home and wanted to make them work for a home in a more traditional style. I spent months looking for ways to reupholster them without spending as much as they had originally cost, and without having to wait 12+ weeks. I had almost given up when a friend recommended DiCarlo. Eric came to our house with a great selection of fabrics, took the sofas and brought them back in less than two weeks. The workmanship is flawless and the cost was less than half what i was quoted from a different upholsterer in Boston, whose wait time was going to be several months. Another quote I got on the North Shore included very steep pick-up and drop-off fees, while DiCarlo's were much lower, and they were going to charge a 20% surcharge if I didn't use their fabric. My experience of the upholstery business before I was introduced to Eric was pretty demoralizing; working with his company was satisfying all around.

I have an armless chair, (part of a sectional couch) that had a few tears in the seating area. My husband and I went out to buy a new couch, found one that we liked (not as much as the one we already had) and decided to think about it. We then did a some research and found the name of DiCarlo Upholstery in Weymouth. We contacted the owner, Eddie, and after speaking with him and listening to his suggestions, we decided to go the reupholstery route. He picked up the chair the same day, and here we are, two days later with a reupholstered chair that looks brand new. This man is an UPHOLSTERY GENIUS! His price was extremely reasonable and his workmanship is 5 Star. I would be remiss if I didn't share my experience with anyone who is looking to upholster/reupholster their furniture. My husband and I are thrilled with the results. Once again, DiCARLO UPHOLSTERY, East Street, Weymouth.

To say we are extremely satisfied would be an understatement! We needed all the cushions on two leather couches re-stuffed. Eddie was wonderful did great work! He came to our home to pick up the cushions and had them completed the very next day! He also gave us some great tips for caring for the leather. Very personable, and professional. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work. Cannot recommend him enough, we feel like our furniture is brand new!

Excellent! Absolutely worth the five stars given. Eddie was awesome at communicating and meeting with me to fix a button on my chair. Came to my house looked at the chair took it back to his shop and delivered it the following day fixed! Price was perfect as well, highly recommend.

Eddie is great. Great person, behind a great business. I needed an old but sturdy couch reupholstered and Eddie and his team did the job perfect and fast. It came out amazing. He clearly walks you through the whole process and didn't make any proceedings without my authorization. He even came and picked up the couch and then delivered my new couch back to me. What a business! I can not recommend DiCarlo enough

Wonderful! The process was easy. The work was done quickly and the end result was very impressive. Eddie was easy to work with and readily accommodated my request to see more fabric samples. The chair looks great! I would us DiCarlo again should the need arise and have already recommended a friend who needs a chair redone due to cat damage.

The whole process was great! Eddie, the owner of Di Carlo Upholstery in Weymouth, is a hard working, honest man who provides great attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship and creative problem solving ideas. It was our 1st time working with Eddie and it was an easy process and a pleasure. Eddie came to meet us, see our couch and bring up some samples after a long day at work. He gave of his time and ideas. There was no rush. Eddie told us 2 weeks to get the couch done and that was exactly when it was finished. He communicated with us throughout that time by text with questions and pictures and by phone calls. The whole process moved along in a timely fashion and was completed on time. Eddie delivered our 2 seat leather couch reupholstered with fabric cushions and a custom designed couch back cover and arm covers. All covers can be flipped over behind the couch thereby hiding the covers while company is there. At other times the covers can be brought back down to cover the back and arms which helps to protect the couch from 2 dogs and 2 cats. It was a creative solution mutually designed and carried out very well. We are very pleased with our "new" leather couch and highly recommended Eddie and DiCarlo Upholstery.

Ok Eddie is amazing. Reupholstered my brown leather barstools to a beautiful Italian white leather. They are perfect. He picked up the pieces and delivered them as well. He also repaired a leather ottoman with three large rips and you would never know it, it looks brand new. I highly recommend this business.

I was frantic when the dry cleaners shrunk the cover of my very expensive couch. The furniture manufacturer informed me that the material was discontinued enter Eddie DiCarlo Upholstery! After searching months to find a replacement for our 26-year-old sofa and loveseat, we gave up. Nothing came close to the style we loved so much. My husband found Eddie and Dicarlo Upholstery on yelp. What a find! From start to finish, the process was professional and efficient. Moreover, Eddie and his wife Dani were warm and accommodating, helping us to choose fabric and set a fair price. In the end, Eddie rebuilt the inner workings of the pieces, covered both, and delivered the set in less than two weeks. When we asked him to make the cushions a little softer, he readily complied and finished the work in one day. if you're looking for a true craftsman to restore your furniture, Dicarlo is the best!
