Left work half an hour early to get my medication, waited in the drive through for 10 mins and when I went inside, Chinese specialist refused to give me my medication because they “closed early” and was super rude! photo was taking after leaving the drive through and still was before 8 o’clock !!!

The pharmacy staff are always very nice and friendly, but appear to be overwhelmed. CVS should make some system improvements to help the staff.

I came to the pharmacy after my Daughter surgery to pick up a prescription! I told the pharmacist it's was sent over hours ago. She said she had nothing. She said just call your doctor again.! I said, are you sure please check! She Said nope! I called to see if they send it to a different pharmacy but the other CVS said that it was at the pharmacy that I was at they are awful and my daughter is in pain. Don't waste your time coming here and now I have to get in line all over again, and the line is long. So the only way to make things right if you want your prescriptions done right it's a call and ask to speak with the manager.

This pharmacy is the actual worst. They take forever to fill your prescriptions and everytime I call I get hung up on! Need to change my pharmacy to anyone else, but them or any other CVS.

CVS has a bad replacement policy…bought a defective item on sale and had to return and repurchase new item at full price.

Terrible service terrible experience, I was charged double what I normally pay for two bags of insulin needles I normally pay 3 to $4 a bag I was charged $12.75 + tax I would very much like someone to contact me regarding a refund and an explanation as to why the barcode on the back does not scan in your computer as it should and why it took three pharmacy staff and yelling across the pharmacy violating my hip rights just to purchase two bags of insulin needles and now I'm still standing in the store writing a review when I want to be home taking my insulin why was there such a terrible experience?!?!?

This rating is for the pharmacy. Both times I came here the staff was not helpful. The first time the staff was rude, and the second time the staff was unqualified and didn't know how to read an insurance card. Communication is slow and not clear. The pharmacy line has been over-crowded and inefficient. I wish I could rate the pharmacy lower.

If I could give a fat 0 I would. The worst pharmacy I have EVER had to deal with! Nothing ever in stock. App and phone call confirming prescription is ready, when I get there, nope sorry there is nothing in our system! What!!!!??!! Has happened to me more then once. NEVER AGAIN IM SO DONE!

Unbelievable how many times you have to remind these “medical professionals” to have your prescription filled ( every single time )and then you show up when you’re supposed to and they say that they ran out earlier that day. Nobody called to let me know and now I must wait till Thursday. Unacceptable and far from professional.

This is a pretty big CVS location and I enjoy shopping here. The shelves are always well stocked with products neatly arranged. I have never had any problems finding what I was shopping for. The coupon machines are always in good working order. All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent store layout and product variety. Easy and fast checkout process. Decent sized parking lot.
