This is the most unprofessional and rude pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My doctor put in a prescription at 4pm for some antibiotics for an ear infection. Every time I called, the service said my meds were “in process”, so I assumed they had it. At 7:50, I realized they were closing soon but I live really close so it didn’t matter. By the time I got in touch with someone it was 7:52. I asked the pharmacist if the meds were ready so I could come grab them before they close in ten minutes. Instead of answering my question, she decided to argue with me about the fact that they actually closed in EIGHT minutes, not 10. Is this a joke? I was obviously just rounding up and was looking for my meds. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This CVS is not managed properly. They have changed their hours frequently. I was there at 9:55 today, according to posted store hour, this store closes at 10:00pm. What if I needed medication? You are a pharmacy and a publicly traded company! How can such unprofessional management be allowed??? I walked up to the door and was greeted by an employee who saw me, he walked to the door and said "we are closed" . I said but you hours are till 10:00? And he just repeated "we are closed" .

Dear CVS,Ghada is one of the most helpful employees that I have ever encountered. Patiently and professionally Ghada goes above and beyond in assisting customers. You are so fortunateto have her working in your store.

Came here to pick up my mothers prescription for her. Sat at the window patiently waiting for a pharmacist to come, was having a conversation with the passenger in my car. After about 2-3 minutes, I thought oh maybe I am supposed to press the service call button. I wasn’t close enough to the window to press the button so I opened my door, pressed the button, shut my door, & continued my conversation. A male pharmacist (short & bald with glasses) comes up and before I can even say hi how are you, he starts in, “You know no matter how many times you press the button it doesn’t work.” Confused as I literally pressed it one time, I said oh okay I’m here to pick up (my mother’s) prescription. Then he goes “I’d like to ask how you would feel if I was in the middle of counting your pills and walked away to help somebody else?” confused AGAIN I said what? He repeats himself. I told him I pressed the button one time and that I was waiting patiently. I don’t pick up prescriptions very often and thought i was supposed to press the service call. He threw my mothers prescriptions into the bin & said “have an awesome day” sarcastically. Appalled at the rudeness and lack of professionalism. Treating a customer with such disrespect (completely unprovoked) is beyond disgusting. It worries me to think how this man treats elderly people picking up their medications? Will never be sending my prescriptions here & I’ll advise everyone I know to steer clear. To the pharmacist who treated me with nothing but disrespect, I hope you have an awesome day. It seems like you need it. Also, if the button doesn’t work does that mean you were sitting there watching me?

Disappointed. I bought assorted cosmetics & paid when picking up meds. I went through the bags and one of the cosmetics was missing. I returned to the store with the receipt and told the pharmacy clerk about the missing item (same clerk as checked me out.) Her response was "nothing here. Did you drop it?" Me, "Huh, did it get moved by another clerk or put into another bag?" Another lousy CVS experience. Walgreens, I am on my wsy.Anotherexperienceexperience.

Bad experience today. I bought a box of CVS brand suppositories online for a store pickup. I went today to pick it up at the register. The cashier did act a bit rude when I asked for my order and acted a little defensive even when I showed her my emailed receipt and the receipt on the app. She just asked for my name but can't find anything. She didn't even bother checking the order number or looking for the item. Just kept telling me that they didn't receive the order as if I'm lying and trying to steal even when I showed the digital receipts. She seemed to have gotten a little irritated and finally got two other staff to help her. No one bothers even looking me in the eyes and giving an explanation. All of a sudden, this simple transaction becomes rocket science. Everyone just walks away and leaves me waiting alone. When the cashier returns, she just tells me to move aside so that she can ring up the next customer. RUDE! One of the other staff finally comes up to me after waiting for about a half hour for them to sort this out. It turns out they did receive my order but they made a mistake and ran the transaction even when the product is not available. She gave me my refund but it was SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME TODAY! Poor service.

I've been on a little bit of a kick with reviews for CVS Pharmacy locations but here is one for another CVS that I visited just this afternoon. I was passing through the area today and I needed a few items and I happened upon this CVS so I decided to stop in and give the location a try. This was an average sized location and they seemed to have just about everything that I would find at any other CVS location. I noticed the clearance aisle wasn't very organized at all but other than that the shelving in the other aisles and sections of the store looked to be in pretty good shape. I sifted through the clearance items and got a good deal on a box of chocolates. I did see that the coupon machine closest to the front door was out of order but I was able to locate and use another coupon machine that was about mid-way through the store. Which was a good thing because I had some coupons stored to my CVS card that I wanted to print out. I didn't see many employees working the aisles but I did run into one and they seemed friendly and polite. I had no trouble finding what I was looking for and all of the items I needed were available and in stock. There was nobody at the front registers when I went up to pay for my items but there was a bell there for me to ring to call somebody up to the checkout area and somebody did come right away. The cashier processed my transaction quickly and efficiently and even gave me a complimentary bag of face masks. Overall it was a good visit to the store and I am sure I will be back.

Got both of my vaccines there and couldn’t be happier. The entire staff was helpful and informative. If anyone has the opportunity to get their vaccine at this location, jump on it!!

I am 7 months pregnant and always buy prenatals from the Weymouth bridge st pharmacy but the last two months they have sold me expired prenatals and told me I could not return them because they were a dollar off. Why would you scam a pregnant lady into buying on sale expired prenatals?!? And we are not talking about a month expired we are talking a whole year expired. It was my fault for not taking my time to look at the date while there but come on and in the middle of a pandemic putting a huge sale on year past date prenatals?!?

Manager is rude. Associates have no idea how to provide customer service and won't honor rewards/coupons that show up in app. Store stock is often out or low and the prices are higher than Quincy & Boston stores.
