I'm not sure who they have working here,but they are extremely unprofessional. People are sick and need their medication!We don't have time for the horrible customer service.I called about 3 different times and was on hold each time for over 30 minutes and NO ANSWER AT ALL. I'm unsure as to why nobody ever answers the phone but this is horrible! I will be sure to recommend people NOT to go here!!!!

I choose to come here because of the pharmacy. It's open 24/7 and the drive-thru is usually pretty quick. I haven't had any issues. If I'm going in the store, I usually avoid the self checkouts, I have bad luck with those.

The pharmacy is the most mismanaged part of this store. The District manager whose name is Jen thinks as long as the store is open everything is okay, she doesn't care if they don't answer the phone, Or if no one does their job! They don't even answer their phone for their own customer service representatives, That is pretty bad. You will get different versions of what is going on with your meds when you look at your app, then look at your website, and call. All say something different.. This pharmacy is crashing and burning.Been on hold for an hour with this useless pharmacy!!!! Terribly run company, cares nothing for customers. Go to Walgreens!

I would give zero stars if possible. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Period. That’s it. On hold an hour, nothing. Called the CVS by Lowe’s, they answered within 2 minutes. When I told her what happened, she said “ya they just don’t answer there”. How is that okay???? To the manager that runs this location, please just offer basic customer service, you know like answering the pharmacy phone. It’s not hard, every other location can do it, so can you.

I feel like the people here are doing their best. Not sure if it’s the amount of volume / density of population in the area, but I regularly have issues with this pharmacy…The window “is under repair”, or are there not enough people staffed?I have issues with my prescriptions here frequently - my personal opinion is that it’s a communication issue with my physician…

I understand this location is 24 hours so I’m sure it’s overwhelmed. This week I went to pick up prescriptions for my 2 year old. First visit they didn’t inform me that the most important one was not unpacked from delivery until I asked why it wasn’t ready. Had to wait 2 days. Then today I picked up that medication at 4 pm, there was another we needed as well. The man said it would be ready in 30 minutes. We go back at 7:45 pm to only be told it’ll be ready in 30 minutes again. Completely unacceptable since it had been 4 hours since I was originally told 30 minutes.

I got some medication from a CVS in Hingham that was closed. . Called Weymouth three times and got disconnected or hung up on... It says 24 hours service but they wouldn't talk to me at 9:45 p.m.... I meant to leave no stars but I guess you can't do that

Seek other Pharmacy. Pharmacy MANAGER! Yes the Manger is the rudest most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. The fact that CVS has not only employed an individual but promoted him is a disgrace! Shame on the store and shame on the corporation.

I Will never shop there again. They hire anyone off the street.I Saw a woman verbally assaulted with her children by a cvs worker today . I believe the workers name was Candace when I asked . The woman was visibly shaken up. I Will NEVER shop there again . I was disgusted

Can attest to what others have said, this is the worst excuse of a pharmacy there could be. Prescriptions take hours to fill, even of your doc prescribed something the day before. Incompetence is the right word to describe the situation here.
