This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever witnessed. The staff is unbelievably rude, extremely slow, and horrid at their job. The customer service skills are repulsive to say the least, they take hours to fill a simple prescription, and they do not care about a single person that receives their medication from here. I have had multiple prescriptions that don't get filled and they do not let me know until I arrive. This location needs to be shut down ASAP.

Rx is always a nightmare. You'd think with the daily siesta time of 1:30-2 that they'd be refreshed and ready to go. No other major retailer closes for a daily lunch or anything else. What a foolish concept. That said, the service here is utterly awful. Rx is constantly a problem. They take forever to answer the phone, legit over a half hour is typical. I get places are busy, but come on. Four days to fill an rx refill when it's in stock? Every single time there is an issue with refills causing us to have to call or go in to fix it. The store itself is so often out of stock on so many basics and forget getting a sale item this ain't the store for that. Just overall terrible store.

Am currently on hold with their pharmacy. My third attempt today. Each time I've been put on hold and gave up after 25 minutes waiting to speak to a human. The third time, I called the main store to make sure the pharmacy was actually open. He assured me it was. Told me he could transfer my call. So now I'm on hold again. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I am so frustrated with this pharmacy. Whenever I have a question and call them they never pick up the phone!!! I'm on hold a minimum of 30 mins!!! I'm so done!!!!

Love this pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to help and assist in chasing prescription refills from the doctors. Always friendly and upbeat too!

Worst pharmacy staff of all time. Can't count the amount of times they messed up prescription orders. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Spoke on the phone with a man in pharmacy regarding a system hiccup where the pharmacy kept notifying me that I had a prescription ready even though I had already picked it up. He was rude from the beginning. For instance, when he asked for my name and date of birth he quickly cut me off and spoke over me while I was trying to answer, he did this a few times. He seemed just overall impatient and condescending. I'm surprised I kept my cool while speaking with him. If you hate your job, just quit! No need to spread your misery with the world. I'm a registered nurse (didn't feel the need to mention that to him on the phone) and I've never been so disgusted with the lack of professionalism from a so called "pharmacy tech" in my life and I've interacted with MANY as part of my job!

Their pharmacy is so slow that even when I come two hours after a script is promised, I still usually have to wait while they fill it. They might as well tell you "we will fill your prescription at the least convenient time for you" instead of asking when you'll be back for it. Avoid at all costs.

The Minute Clinic at the CVS at Jackson Square in Weymouth needs to be renamed the Hour Clinic. Service here is impossibly slow. The waited 1 1/2 hours to get the first Shingles shot vaccine and now back for my second dose. I had an 11 am appt and am waiting, waiting and waiting . The nurse who works here moves so slowly If there was a fire she'd burn up glued to her desk. Awful.
