I called to get oxygen who ever picked up the phone was very rude wasn't helpful at all

Our son had hip surgery on March 16 2020 at Boston Children’s Hospital and needed a wheelchair. We live in Maine four hours away and because of the COVID-19 virus we were unable to return the chair on our post-op appointment because our appointment was virtual. We would have had to drive a total of eight hours to return the chair. They continued to bill us forty dollars a month and also bill our insurance company until it’s return. When I contacted the company they refused to stop the payments and told us we could send it back by UPS. This would cost us a couple hundred dollars. They said if we wouldn’t sent the chair or drive eight hours to return it then maybe when we were able to return it they might be able to adjust the cost. They would not work with us on stopping the billing and we did not want to not pay when receiving each monthly bill and be hit with a large bill when able to return chair. They were unwilling to work with us during a time that money was tight with being out of work. They continue billing us forty dollars a month and received ninty-eight dollars from insurance. To me it just doesn’t seem right.

I have come here two times for a breast pump and both times they had no idea if they even had any. First time I came on a Tuesday afternoon and they said they were out of stock and it would take 5 days to get a new shipment. I came back 8 days later and still no pumps. I waited for the employee to look around for them, as she requested... while instead of looking or investigating if they had any she instead talked to someone else about their dog. Absolute waste of time both times. I do not recommend them.

I received a hospital bed from clinical 1, the young man who assembled it in my home, was kind, courteous and professional. He was also very knowledgeable. That night I had a small problem with my remote for the bed and called on the following morning. They were there the next day with a new one, also brought by a very courteous young man. They were respectful all around starting with the woman who took my call. This is a 5 star company in my eyes.

In search of a vendor who could provide a specific size medical oxygen tank for an educational facility at my workplace, I contacted Clinical 1 via their website. I was surprised to receive an immediate response. Kathy was very friendly and gave me an unbeatable quote on the rental, without the hidden or unexpected fees other vendors have charged us. Kathy delivered the tank to our facility in person the next business day. Supporting a local business at a fantastic price--that works for us!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I plan on talking to brigham and women's about using this company, because they treat customers terrible. I'm really upset with them after I had my baby I couldn't walk so the hospital called this company for a wheel chair rental for me. I asked if I could submit the bill to my I insurance the woman on the phone refused, saying we don't work with insurance. It has been a nightmare trying to get this resolved and this company won't work with you at all they are very rude just like the previous review stated.
