I have been using Jordan Insurance for all of my family's insurance needs for over 40 years. My current Account Manager, Kevin Parker, is always responsive and proactive. I can always count on prompt service. I am grateful that he always looks for ways for me to both be properly insured and for me to save money. I am truly grateful.Someone at Jordan Insurance always answers the phone. That can't be said of too many businesses these days. I highly recommend using Jordan Insurance.

My experience with Jordan Insurance has been the best insurance experience I've ever had. Have had a pleasure working with Kevin Parker and haven't even thought about going with any other insurance provider. I started out with just my car being insured through them, but when I bought a house, I knew they would offer the best rates and customer service and after checking, I was right. Some highlights from working with them:- Individualized attention during every step of every process- Lower rates than any of the quotes from the big insurance companies- Phenomenal customer service during every step of the process... they're always ready to jump in and help- Proactive communication- When my car got totaled, Kevin advocated for me and made sure I got every benefit I could from the insurance company, and helped me navigate their bureaucracy to minimize disruption of my daily life.I've already recommended to several of my friends that they work with Kevin and Jordan Insurance and they've all come back to me to thank me for the introduction. I'm making the same recommendation to you here! You won't regret working with them.

Best insurance company I have ever worked with. Got me the best rate by far for home and auto with excellent coverage. Helped me out immensely when I was in an accident. They still provide that personal touch in a time when things feel so impersonal. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Ryan and Kevin have been but amazing since I started using Cg Jordan Insurance a few years ago for all my insurance needs. Not only do I use them for my personal matters, I entrust them with my business needs as well. I own and operate a small business on the South Shore and having them behind me every step of the way is comforting to say the least. They are attentive to my needs, will always answer an email and phone call and have me taken care of in a timely manner while looking out for my budget. If you are looking for a family owned, local company with the know how on any matter, look no further!! Cant refer them enough!!!

Had our home insured through Jordan Insurance for 22 years and my husbands family had also for many many years. We recently left and went with another agency and are saving OVER $1,000 on our homeowner's insurance and nearly $500 on our car insurance. BEWARE of this agencies questionable practices. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!! Even after many many years of loyalty!
