“Wanted to give a shoutout to Sam for excellent customer service. I came in after the branch had technically closed (I didn't check the hours) and he was there working late. He could have turned me away, but helped me get a car instead. All they had left was electric vehicles, which I was unfamiliar with. He took the time to explain the charging process to me and how to look up charging stations. Thanks for the help and patience!!”
“Had to rent a car called Hertz in weymouth on Washington Street , terrible customer service very rude curt and pushey . I would never do business with them. I then called enterprise on Washington Street in Weymouth , very easy to talk to on the phone and in person .. in and out of there within 15 minutes with a nice car and feeling good about doing business with them !! Rick and Rob did a great job I would highly recommend Enterprise far over hertz . I see why they're going out of business .!!! Thank you ...!”
