“I needed my windshield replaced after noticing a crack running up from the bottom of the glass that kept creeping upward. My insurance company transferred me to their scheduling service and we got an appointment with a Safelite tech that worked for my schedule. I was kept informed by text and email. Roberto, the Safelite tech, arrived exactly on time. He told me just what to expect and let me see the replacement windshield.
