Had a great experience at Weymouth PT, specifically with Tammy Nguyen. Between dry needling, strength exercises & stretching techniques; the two-year battle of lower left back/SI/hip pain and severe discomfort is coming to a close. I walked in thinking I was going to be like this forever, living proof that's not the case!
