This is my second time buying parts for my car at this place and I had to return after try putting it myself outside in the parking lot is nobody to help and they are always with short staff. Do not go to this place if you need car parts cuz if you can’t do yourself won’t be anybody to help you out.

First time working on my car myself today and the two guys there this morning helped me get everything I needed for the job. Had they not been as knowledgeable or as friendly as they were, I might have been wasting money by taking it to the shop instead. Great staff, happy customer!

The people here have the worst attitudes. They act like they are going way out of their way whenever you ask them a question or need help when that’s what they’re literally literally there servicing you. Most people go in there because they’re having trouble to begin with to get an attitude from every worker just beyond me. Bad attitudes bad service don’t go here.

The Salesperson that helped me was completely incompetent. He Waited til after I bought the battery to inform me he could not install it when he had already looked at my vehicle with his own eyes. Then I asked how long til the money was returned on my card so I could go to a different place to get my battery fixed so I wasn’t stuck in the cold with a dead car AGAIN, and he LIED and said one hour rather than just tell me the truth that it wouldn’t be put back on til Atleast 3-5 days. This could have all been avoided had he just told me he can sell me a battery but not install it. Did not apologize at all. When someone is already in a vulnerable position where their car is not working properly the least you can do is be upfront and honest and knowledgeable about the services you provide. Really disappointed and will absolutely not recommend anyone ever go to that location within my community.

Auto zone may be short staffed sometimes but you still get the personalized service and attention you deserve. The staff is always happy to get those that need it. Friendly, knowledgeable and usually has everything in stock .

Went there for a new headlight, and there were 2 gentleman who helped me and honestly they were just super nice and above and beyond. It was a rainy Saturday and they didn’t hesitate to come get down on the wet pavement and change it for me. Great guys and great employees!
