“Short backstory; 15 months ago I was referred to Alex, owner of Driven Perfection by his customer to wrap my new custom built Porsche Cayenne S Coupe with film and Ceramic after delivery. Best decision! I continued with monthly detail appointments. Igor and Marcus are just wonderful and meticulous in their work. Q Car acquisition has upgraded the facility which is important for staff to have this work environment and makes a nice impression for customers. My car was attack by a seagull’s beak before my eyes, yes, true. It ripped the film in a straight line in small pieces. Alex got my car in, Marcus and Igor expertly removed the film, found no damage to the paint and reapplied film. AMAZING! “I have been a customer of Mass Tire for the better part of the last 7 years. Not only are their knowledgeable and extremely skilled, they offer amazing customer service and are always willing to work with your schedule. Pricing is always fair, and they have never had any issues with ordering parts as needed for my repairs. One thing I especially appreciate, is that, at least for me (perhaps my issues simply aren't that difficult to fix, not being a mechanic, obviously, I don't know) but I have never had anything but same day service for all of my issues. “In a day where customer service is subpar at best, it's refreshing to find a great customer service! I walked in with no appointment to have my transmission checked. The owner on the spot took my car for a test drive then explained all I need was my transmission fluid changed. He said he could have it done for me in about two hours! I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help me out same day.”

“I have been around the world and back on mechanic shops. I knew I found a good one. They work on my car twice and they had her running like new. The third time my anti brakes lock and my car was stuck. So I got it tow to the nearest mechanic shop. (Major brand company). I told them I had my own mechanic shop , I just need the diagnosis from them. I actually saved money by letting Ultimate Auto Care fix it plus the tow. This is a family,friendly, knowledgeable repair shop. The hospitality unmatched. While they finish working on your car . they order you some food. And they got the beautiful uplifting spirit of a mom who came with sweet fruit dessert. I highly recommend this place. Just give them a shot Nick and Frank will treat you like FAMILY.”

“There are many good collision shops in the area. But I will not be looking for any other than Jannell should I, God forbids, need one. My two yo Volvo was rear-ended. Ryan and his team restored to a pristine condition, replacing a good number of parts. There is a lot of electronics in this car, and some was damaged. They restored it all. Ryan also took care of all interactions with insurance with the best possible outcome. Thank you, guys, great job!”
“I bought my wrangler from S&E Auto, roughly 20 years after my parents bought their car from them, and the service level is untouchable. When a small mechanical failure happened on the car, James and his team took it back and fixed it immediately with their personal assurance on making sure the issue would be solved. They live up to their word and then some. They are more than just a car dealership with great deals, they carry integrity throughout the process and that’s more valuable than anything. “I was referred to Manny's Complete Auto repair. I had a smell of gaswhen I would go to the gas stations, but saw nothing leaking? I brought my truck into a transmission shop for an estimate to repair an issue, and they did not inform me that they discovered this gas leak even though it was in the air on a car lift.I took my Yukon to Manny. He called me back right away and said,"your gas line is leaking above your Catalytic Converter" and your truck could have caught on fire (up in smoke).The new gas lines were installed and I'm so impressed with how this disaster was overted.Honest shops are hard to find these days. “I went here based on the high ratings and reviews from others who have had good experiences with JC. I wasn't disappointed! While these guys were certainly busy. I mean the place was hopping. They were moving folks in and out with really good efficiency. It was the end of the month and a lot of people were just looking for inspection stickers but that's still a process and they have it down to a science. Not only that, they do it with a smile and good humor. There are only good things to say about this shop, and I know a good shop vs a bad one.”
