Ash Auto is absolutely the best Auto body shop on the South Shore. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me less than 2 weeks from time of accident. They took care of everything from getting my car from the tow storage yard to contacting the insurance company. Simply the best company and would never trust anyone else.

Our experience with Ash's Auto Body exceeded our expectations. Following an unfortunate accident, we found Ash's due to its proximity to our home and great Google reviews. From the moment we reached out, Brianna provided invaluable assistance and guidance throughout the repair process. It was really nice to have someone understanding and informative after the shakeup of an accident.
Despite the damage incurred from being rear-ended, Brianna ensured transparency and kept us well-informed every step of the way. Her timely updates via email and phone were greatly appreciated.
The repairs were completed with attention to detail, resulting in our vehicle looking as good as new.

I am never disappointed when I deal with this body shop, which has been a few times. Briana is super friendly and customer service skills A+. Always kept me updated and in the loop. My car was fix in a timely manner. It was in this time for an auto accident. I got my car back fixed and clean! 110% recommend.

Ash's does great work. My car came back looking new. They have a small town vibe and I felt very well taken care of. The front desk staff go above and beyond.I would recommend Ash's to anybody. We've taken multiple vehicles here and are never disappointed.

Ash's was fantastic in getting a quote for my repair in less than an hour, scheduling a time for me to bring my car in, and getting it back asap. The staff were all so friendly, communicative, and helpful. My car looks great and it was such a nice touch to have it returned all cleaned inside and out! Definitely recommend Ash's!

Very nice front staff. I gave such a low rating due to communication and timeliness. I dropped my car off early in the am and expected time of pickup was a few hours. I called 6 hrs later to find they had to order a part that didn't arrive. I called for an update and they said to come at 4 pm for pickup. I come at 4pm and no one is working on the vehicle and I wait for an hour in the parking lot. This was after I waited patiently for 5 weeks for my appointment and paid a week in advance.

Someone hit my car and ended up damaging my rear bumper, the side panel, tire and wheel. Ash’s did an AMAZING job. It was fast, the paint job looks fantastic, they communicated well with me and my insurance company. So thrilled. Absolutely go here!

I have never used any other shop. Ash is always there to answer questions and always helpful with insurance questions. Brianna is an easy going women to deal with very outgoing and always pleasant. I tell everyone and anyone to use Ash's I have never once had any complaints.
