I was dealing with rude behavior from the owner. It was frustrating. I was experiencing rudeness from this guy. I try to stay calm because sometimes people are not aware of how they come across, but I feel uncomfortable and threatened by this owner and I will also Report this incident to the 7-Eleven corporate office I understand everyone has bad days but consistent rudeness is not acceptable especially from someone who represents 7-Eleven

I have never encountered such unprofessional, disrespectful, and outright rude conduct from an employee, let alone the owner. I had already cashed out and was standing next to my friend. She was cashing out while I was looking at some merchandise in the front. The owner/cashier abruptly interrupted my conversation and rudely said “can you put that down and stop touching stuff. I’m trying to leave.” Me being shocked I responded “excuse me???”He then yelled again in the most disrespectful manner possible, insisting that I stop touching the items. Even if I had intended to make another purchase, it would not have been an inconvenience, as it would have taken merely 30 seconds. However, I was simply looking at the merchandise. The situation could have been handled in a much more better manner. When we addressed how rude his behavior was, he repeatedly stated that he did not care. This level of unprofessionalism is astonishing, and others around us were also visibly concerned. Extremely out of pocket and I am bit confused why that even happened. Others around me were also concerned. Don’t know how they are still in business after reading these reviews and having this experience of my own. Better clean up the attitude or will have to say goodbye to your business! I wish them the best but no way how to handle paying customers

The owner is a scumbag. Very rude and professional. I traveled from Boston to deliver his products. Bad attitude and tried to make me take the order back because he was upset with the delivery.
I did him a favor as well and still got no appreciation.
Horrible experience and that fat slob cashier is just as bad.

The cashier is very rude and talks back, he keeps yelling at me and my two friends to get out of the store while we were waiting for our parents to send us money and was saying that we were hanging out when clearly we kept sending messages to our parents and calling them. He also accused us of stealing when we didn't and showed him everything that was not part of the store. He kept on shoving us out of the store yelling at us to go do our homework when we said we don't have any and that it was a half day at school and talking over us. I suggest to not go to this 7-eleven.

I never had a problem here until tonight. Cashier was very rude—he was too busy talking on his cell phone. He blew through the transaction before I could redeem points. He then overcharged me and refused to fix it. He told me to come back tomorrow. I live pretty far away. Very unhelpful and illegal to charge more than the posted price!

This is my favorite 7 11. I come to the 7-Eleven at least 2 to 3 times a day, honestly. All of the staff is absolutely incredible and is on a first name basis with me. Val, the owner, is an incredible amazing outgoing, caring, friendly professional he's just the best. They are just so friendly and helpful it's just a great place to go and I go out of my way to make sure that I only go to the 7-Eleven because they treat their customers so well and I cannot say enough about how amazing and incredible they are here. I know every employee and I have no complaints about any of them.

Very dirty actually had flies and smelled like a hamster cage. Cashier was very rude and was mildly insulting when I told him alot of the drinks were expired... seriously it is August 2022, how on earth would you still have things that expired in July 2021!!... apparently they're not to concerned about getting people sick... this place needs a visit from the health inspector

Be very careful at this store. The owner is great, but when my son cashed in his first lottery ticket, the clerk working on September 5, 2021 demanded a tip for cashing a $10 ticket.

Worst 7-11 around. Hasn't been remodeled like all the other locations. Antique beverage cooler with no door ensures your $2 plus drink will be warm before you reach the car. Very rude clerks. Always on their phones. Don't respond to thank you. 1 clerk in particular likes to leave the store to smoke weed out front. Manager should be fired

I’m not sure, but I think at the top of commercial street you can see a beautiful view of Boston. Idk if it’s Boston or something else. Anyone know? Good place to get gas!

I just downloaded the 7-Eleven app and now an extra large coffee, a full 24 oz of delicious hot energy juice, was $1+ tax. I like that they use paper cups instead of styrofoam. I used to get my coffee at Cumberland Farms, but they got rid of the extra large from their $.99 coffee. I know it's only 4 more ounces, but for a penny more, it's worth it.
