Simba is a very shy cat who rarely warms up to people, but every visit he is the happiest kitty around the staff here. Not only was it full of kind staff, but this location doesn't man handle their cats and rush to get them out in and out as quickly as possible. The other banfield claimed my cat was vicious, but she was perfectly fine here because she was not scared and treated with TLC. It is worth the half hour drive for us to get the vet care she deserves!”
