Every section in the store was disorganized. On top of that, the women's and the family bathroom were covered in p**** Disgusting.

We walked into this Target to check out some home decor items for the condo. They had a nice selection of organizer shelves and cabinets that always help with keeping the place tidy.Their prices are not bad for the quality you get, sometimes you can find cheaper options, but they don't last as long. I find that as a general rule, Target quality is a very good value for the money.Nice ample check out area with plenty of cash registers open.

Absolutely disgusting. Every time I come to this target there are clothes.. trash.. s*** on the ground. Nothing is where it should be. The bathrooms have all broken stalls and broken toilet paper rolls. Toilet paper all over the ground. Stopped by today and disturbed by the entire store. It makes sense that the store is in complete disarray consider the employees are holding clothes up to their bodies and seeing what looks best instead of organizing anything at all.

This store is a disaster. I stopped by here on a weekend day recently, and the place was a total mess. I've been to flea markets in rural Florida that are better kept up. Every rack and table in the clothing sections were not only mixed up, but the items were in literal piles both on the shelves and on the floor. I found myself picking things up and rehanging them at one point, because I felt bad. I also spotted several gross, half-drunk Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks cups left on shelves around the store. I understand there is plenty of blame to be laid on trashy customers who just toss things aside when they don't want them. I actually watched a woman take something from a hanger, decide she didn't want it, and just toss it on a lower shelf in a heap instead of putting it back on the hanger. Still though, the store needs to either train the staff better, or hire more people to keep the place in better shape. At the moment, it feels like everyone who walks in these doors has just given up entirely.

I will not be returning to this Target ever again. I had two $25 gift cards and the cashier scanned both of them. She asked my wife if we wanted the cards back and she said no so she threw the cards in the trash. My red card then did not work after three times because it's worn out but I know it does work because I've used it several times before. The cashier was extremely rude and would not reset or did not know how to reset the computer to allow me to keep trying the red card. I then tried to use another card and told the cashier it wasn't even responding to it. Instead of helping me she completely canceled out all the items and told me and my family to stand aside. The gift cards are now in the trash. We asked for our gift cards back and she obviously took the wrong gift cards out of the trash because of what I will explain next. There's no reason for that because we actually had to go and use a different self checkout where she was the only cashier and obviously didn't know how to do her job. We went through self check and the $25 gift cards we had were showing up as 0 so we called the manager over and the manager told us that we I had $15 on them and it was showing that it was Zero but they said sometimes it takes time for the the money to come back onto the card which is ridiculous because I did not tell the cashier to cancel and the money is not going to come back on the card because the cashier took the wrong cards out of the trash. The managers did not believe us and had the nerve to say that the person who gave us the card wrote the wrong amount on it and it was 15. I don't think anybody there knows what they are doing. My red card worked on first try using self check btw. Horrible experience. Very upset. It's ridiculous that the managers couldn't even help refund the gift cards. I certainly don't trust this place.

This target is awful. The shelves are never stocked the aisles are a mess and no one is helpful. As a past employee the staff are overworked and under appreciated and the "team" is not a good team to work for. Overwhelming work conditions and I still haven't got my last paycheck because no one likes to email Or call back. Good luck with an awful shopping experience

This Target is terrible. It is always a mess and never stocked. Shelves are empty, boxes of product everywhere. Does it even have a store manager? If it does they should be fired, because it looks like they have absolutely no standards. All of the employees look like they are run ragged with little to no guidance or support. I love Target but this is not a good one, even if it is down the street from me.

I got 5 star service at the CVS located inside this Target today. The pharmacist was exceptional in handling my prescription and she even went out of her way to make sure I got a version of my antibiotic without a particular filler I am allergic to. I really feel like a valued customer. Thanks, Target! Thanks, CVS!

Typical Target.. store is well kept and customer service was great. I like the fact thier curbside pickup, is right in front of the store.

I love Target, but this one is the worst. They do not carry a lot of stuff. I came to buy a mixer. I took a shopping cart. I left my shopping cart for one minute when I went to grab something else. When I came back, someone took my cart, and I could not find it. I asked for help, but all employees were rude, nobody helped me. This Target did not have another mixer; that was hilarious. A couple of other times, I came to buy some food, but they did not carry what I wanted. This Target needs to improve their customer service and start to order goods.

I know, I know.... another review that begins with "OMG, I just LOVE Target", but I really do: drop me off at a good Target and I am happy. Clean, organized, lots of employees to ask a question of or just to say hello to, and one nice guy was stocking the shelf in the coffee/tea aisle when he noticed me scanning everything looking for my favorite Twinings tea. He asked what I was looking for, I told him which one but said it wasn't a crisis because Watertown carries it. Some employees might have just left it at that, but he said "oh no, we should have what Watertown has so lets take a look". He took out his handheld whatever-that-cool-thing-is-called, looked up what I needed and found it for me. If you have a favorite tea or are a coffee fanatic and can't live without it, you know how much better you feel if you have enough at home. My only suggestion is to add more self-checkout stations, there are only 4 or 5. Double that amount and they can get more people in-and-out in a snap.
