This store is a nightmare all there stock items out on the floor in boxes can't walk around them there in the way of product that's sold on the floor very dangerous for customers they could trip or something could fall on them I can't believe management leaves there store a mess like this they should stock at night or in the morning when the store us not closed

Beware - Target will take your online order, send you an email telling you your item is ready for pickup and then tell you that they don’t have the item when you get to the store. I ordered an Apple MagSafe battery pack online from this store, received not one, but two emails, telling my item was ready to be picked. Up, drive over an hour and a half to the store only to be told that the item was not in stock and when I complained to Target, their only answer was that in this day and age, they can’t keep track of their stock. The manager then mansplained to me that the item was discontinued which was why it was no longer in stock - um, yeah, I know, why do you think I did not go to my local Target that is less than five miles from my house? And BTW, I had already tried ordering one from another store and while the order was accepted, I then received an email saying it was not in stock. So why did the Westwood store send an email that the item was ready for pickup. Like that episode in Seinfeld when he reserved a rental car, Target knows how to take the order but they don’t know how to actually fulfill it. Won’t be shopping here again,

The cashier named Kelsey was not very friendly. We went to her lane, she walks away for like 15 minutes and doesn’t even acknowledge us, and when she finally comes to the register she doesn’t say a word to us. First time we experience that kind of customer service at target.

This location has gone way downhill in the past few months. I have been on multiple days of the week, at different times of day, and associates are constantly taking up the entire aisle on both sides to “stock”, and get visibly agitated when asked to move aside so a carriage can pass. God forbid. Their checkout system is completely backwards, associates literally watch and allow customers cut eachother in line, sneak around through the clothing section to cut a line of 30 people. Self checkout is now only express, yet they still only have 1-2 registers open, making me wait over 20 minutes to checkout on a random weekday. Management is clearly hiding in the back office, giving orders to cashiers. I have had multiple terrible experiences in the past few months. I know they are trying to promote their drive up services, but this is unacceptable.

When I first visited this location six or so years ago. The place was clean and organized. I don't know what has happened over the years, but it's very run down looking now. I shopped at this location last weekend. I noticed half empty beverages left on the shelves on two occasions. I don't know why people find it amusing to do that but it takes away from the image of the store, the shopping experience, and it's also unsanitary to do that. I assume that the store does its part to keep the place clean. It's still shameful that people litter. I don't want to look at litter while I'm shopping.

Five stars for my cashier Shamiyah, the holiday chaos that was occurring at check out was awful but Shamiyah seriously made my night. She was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service and went above and beyond to make it a good time. She was funny, personable and made check out wayyyy better than I thought it’d be based on the hostility people were displaying in the check out lines.
