Lamberts at Rainbow Square is a great place to shop for very healthy plants. Great selection as well!

I visited the original Lamberts I was told the salad bar was better than the one in Dorchester.... I disagree I will stick with Dorchester. It was nice and clean but lacked alot of things I like.

Always fresh! Vegetables, fruits, plants and sandwiches. Oh, did I mention the salad bar? To die for!

I am very dissapointed with there ChickenParm Sub. They have Downsized the SubRolls It's more like a Sandwich. They also only Give me 2 small pieces of ChickenParm. It Didn't even fill the Roll For the same price as Last year When it was twice the size for 10 Dollars . Also Got a salad cost 18 Dollars. I could of gone out for dinner and Drinks for 28 Dollars You get a lot less for more money there charging to much

Excellent deli sandwiches made to order.I picked a nice fresh onion roll, roast beef, onions, Mayo , and side dipping of red vinegar... had a 4 Oz soup of beef stew. Soups all excellent, beef stew tasty .I would apply 5 stars... but prices getting steep.Sandwich and small soup to go 17.10... add a chip and soda probably 25 bucks for lunch... used to buy same sandwich there at 5-6 bucks before Brandon inflation....Holy inflation BatMan... may need to make my own lunch with roast beef from BJ's deli, and onion rolls...5 bucks for 4 Oz soup ... well good news was I got 2 meals from sandwich as generous roast beef pile...Maybe they should offer 1/2 size sandwiches for 6 bucksSalad bar excellent... so I I'll tolerate prices and no Shies for the children.

So, I do like this place and go maybe 2-3x per week for their salad bar. But I've noticed my purchases becoming really high. Today I went and my total came out to $44.10. I had a salad ($9.36), a sandwich ($9.99) and a small handful of grapes (I think $3 or $4) blueberries ($2.99) 2 apples ($3.00) 1 plum (not sure how much, but maybe $1.50 max) which even with tax should only come out to a max of $32.00. I will go back and speak to the manager about this, but I would suggest that everyone make sure they get their receipts when leaving.

I've been coming here since I was little. Best salad bar. The hot food is also delicious. Never disappointed. I've never grocery shopped just came for lunch!

Lamberts in Dorchester would be a much better place if they had a NO CELL PHONE policy. I have never seen a store that allows cashiers to be on their cell phones while ignoring customers. Maybe you need to take your staff on a field trip to uuummm Trader Joe's, Wegmans or Costco not a cell phone to be seen, the workers say hello, did you find everything you needed? Then thank you for shopping! Do better! We rely on Lamberts for the most excellent sandwiches ever made.

The little market here is a classic around this area. Everyone knows what Lambert's is.
